Thank you for your review. We’re glad you enjoyed the style of the apartment and that it had everything you needed. That said, we’d like to clarify a couple of things for future reference. Our space is not set up for event-style or large-scale cooking, and we encourage all guests to review the listing carefully before booking to ensure it suits their needs. Regarding the thermostat, it does not have a pin. It’s possible there was just some confusion about how to adjust it — we're always available to help with anything like that, even late at night. Choosing not to reach out is, of course, your decision, but we’re here for our guests 24/7. We appreciate your feedback and hope any future stay comes with clearer expectations. Thank you again.
