Welcome to our cottage in the country! Enjoy staying in a 19th century home located on a small farm. Enjoy relaxing on the rockers on the front porch with views of farm animals and wildlife. As you enter the front door you will have an open floor plan to a living area that has a flat screen TV w/ digital antenna , DVD player, fireplace, and comfortable seating. There is a powder room for convenience. If you enjoy music, there is a radio w/ CD player, and record player. The Kitchen has all that you need: island w/ sink, dishwasher drawer, and seating for 2, large refrigerator, commercial gas range and hood, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, all cooking utensils, and eating necessaries. If you like to cook outside there is a gas grill. Relax in the screened-in room with dining for 2 or read a book or take a nap on the hanging bed. The bedroom and main bath are on the second floor. In the bedroom there is a queen size bed, night stands, reading lights, dresser, closet, flat screen TV w/ digital antennae, sitting area, and books to read. The large bathroom has a tiled shower, vanity, mirror, and toilet. All linens and towels are provided. The home is kept comfortable with HVAC. WIFI is supplied. For your dog friend we provide a sofa cover, bowls, and natural treats. Maximum weight for your dog is 30#. Only 2 dogs are allowed with a $125 fee for one and an additional $125 for the second one. Send information for approval. We do require that you cleanup after your dog and attend to them outdoors. Please note that our home does not accommodate children.
