Very satisfied

I very much enjoyed my stay at Point Pleasant. First and foremost, you have a great staff: friendly and always willing to help. The F6 unit was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location between the beach and the lobby transportation options. I definitely give it a 5

Walk slowly

I wish I were aware of the high hills! I had a boot on and struggled just to leave the room. However, the front desk was the most kind, moving my daughter and I to a more convenient room. The “shuttles” around the resort stop at 6, keep that in mind if you stay up hill! That was a long walk in the dark to the original room. There are many activities and places to go to, ask around. People will tell you. Like the safari down at the gate entrance to Moes fresh market. Only a dollar there and back.

This property is very old and small with worn out furniture. We enjoyed the location which was close to the beach and the view from the patio overlooking the pool. The AC unit is not big enough to even cool the bedroom at night. Staff at the Point Pleasant Resort were friendly and helpful.

Most Beautiful Place

St. Thomas is just so beautiful, and Point Pleasant is a great place to stay. Our room was very clean and the full kitchen was nice to have as most hotels don't have them. We had a lot fun at Shoreline Bar and getting to know your staff. They're quite entertaining! Thanks for a vacation to remember.

Lovely Villa

Beautiful ocean views! It was nice to have an updated kitchen and bathroom too. We hope to plan another trip back soon. Thanks to your staff for being so helpful and friendly too!

Great Staff, Clean Room

We appreciated the warm welcome at the front desk as well as checking into a nice, clean AC room. We had a few questions and everyone we spoke with was so helpful. I would recommend your resort to everyone!

St. Thomas Vacation in July

My husband, son, and I had a family vacation we will never forget. We snorkeled, paddle boarded, and even went zip lining! All the staff was amazing and taught my son the correct way to snorkel. It was great that all the water sports were included. If we can make it to St. Thomas again we will definitely book with you.

Beautiful Beaches!

Carmen and I had a great time! The staff was very helpful, the view was great, we were right next to Coki beach (which we enjoyed the most of all the beaches we visited). We will definitely choose Point Pleasant again if we go back!

Wonderful Views

Even though it was just one night it was well deserved. The stay in my room was great loved the view and especially the breeze. However because my room was right next to the parking spaces I had an early morning due to people leaving and Security assisting others. Other than that my stay was relaxing.

Amazing Staff!

We enjoyed our stay and your staff were very accommodating throughout our stay. Everyone spent time with us anytime we encountered them even though I'm sure they had plenty other things to do. The resort has breathtaking views from any vantage point and the transportation service was very accommodating for us. You have a great staff from the guard at the gate to the folks running the grill. Aaron is a huge asset to your team, he answered any questions we had and spent time with us on the kayak tour and did all this with a smile. I would recommend a restaurant on the premises other than that we were very satisfied.
