Beach Front Cottages

These three beach front cottages offer cozy accommodations with a location that simply cannot be beat!

Enjoy waking up to the sunrise over the ocean and spend your day basking in the sun, cooled by salty breezes and relaxing to the sounds of the waves crashing along the shore.

The cottages are nestled in the heart of Matunuck. Guests will enjoy direct beach access and close proximity to local businesses, including surf shop, pizza place, ice cream and two bar/restaurants with live music!

This beach front property has three individual cottages. Each cottage has the same set up with kitchen, living space, half bathroom and two bedrooms - one with a queen bed and one with two twins.
The cottages share a parking lot and beach access. As well as two outdoor fully enclosed showers.

Located on the beach in Matunuck, RI. Close proximity to local business and public beaches.

Please note that we ask our guests to provide their own linens - this includes sheets, quilts and towels.
If you require linens we are happy to provide them at an additional fee.

Guests staying at the cottages are asked to provide their own linens, including:

Bedding - sheets & blankets (the house has two full sized beds)


PAPER PRODUCTS & MORE

Guests are asked to provide their own paper & plastic products. While we are happy to provide a starter pack (1 or 2 of each item) we do not supply enough for the full stay.

CLEANING PRODUCTS

We reserve our cleaning supplies to ensure that cottages are fully cleaned and completely sanitized between check outs and check ins. We ask our guests to please bring their own cleaning supplies (soaps/sanitizers) should they require them during their stay.
