The Neighborhood:

This rental is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood, just steps away from the shores of Lake Tahoe. All of North Tahoe’s activities are within your reach from this condo, with Palisades Tahoe only a 13-minute drive away and Northstar California Resort a little less than 30 minutes away. There are plenty of shops and restaurants located nearby as well, with a grocery store just a few steps away and places to eat only a few minutes up the road.



Getting Around:

Getting around Tahoe’s shores couldn’t be easier, whether you decide to rent a car, take public transportation, or use Uber/Lyft rideshare services. This condo is located only a a half-mile away from the closest bus stop, which will take you anywhere you want to go in the Tahoe area.

Please note that, like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.



Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.



Please note that the grill is only available in the summer months.
