Excellent stay! So CLEAN!!!

Everything was wonderful and immaculate! We truly appreciated how clean the unit was and how comfortable. It was a great stay! We will definitely be back!

Location to fishing pier and downtown are a plus. Condo lacked pot holders, dish clothes, enough beach towels. Condition of tumblers are poor. Bedrooms two and three need mirrors. Location of washer and dryer without enclosure results in them being quite loud. No complaint re Stay Better Vacations, but wouldn’t recommend this condo.

Clean and spacious

Very clean and must be recently updated. Location is perfect on the 2nd floor overlooking the pool. We very much enjoyed our stay and would come again!

Stunning Condo!

Our family stayed in this beautifully updated condo in Amelia Island and love it. We were so comfortable, had what we needed, and were right on the beach and near restaurants and stores. The property managers and owners were very helpful. The couch was amazing! Would stay here again.

Great view

Loved the view from the balcony. We have been to Amelia Island many times and enjoyed this place thoroughly. The elevators are a little slow so it was nice being on the 2nd floor. We will definitely consider this location next time we are at Amelia Island.

Great condo and location.

The condo was great, newly remodeled. The location was perfect, not too busy but close to restaurants and downtown. Can’t say enough about Stay Better folks. Great communication and a pleasure to deal with. Our last two stays have been with Stay Better Vacations and future stays will be as well.

Best location! Made our trip!

Cannot brag on this location anymore! We usually rent homes. This is a first time we did a condo so I was hesitant.. but walking in the front door You can see the pool, the pier, and the beach straight out of the back- quite a view! It was perfect for us, just steps from the beach and the pier, and a great restaurant across the street! Will definitely be back!

Fantastic condo

My friends and I had the best time at this condo. This is one of the best rental companies I have ever worked with. The condo was clean, beautiful, and equipped with everything we could've ever needed. Communication with them was on point. They respond quickly and solve problems immediately. We absolutely loved our stay and will totally be back!

Great visit!

The 3 bedroom Amelia By the Sea condo was perfect for my family get together. First, the condo itself is beautiful, newly redecorated, and well furnished. I found everything I needed. The Stay Better Vacation staff was great with proactive communication and also responsiveness. I've had experience with other property managers and found SBS to be above and beyone my expectations. I used their service where they purchase groceries for me and had them in the unit when I arrived. What a luxury. The unit was spotless. The location is wonderful. We enjoyed the pool and the ability to walk to the beach ( This part was especially loved by my young grandson). While the kitchen is nicely furnished for cooking, we also found great restaurants in the area. We used the grill in the complex to cook the fish we caught on a fishing trip. All agreed this was a perfect vacation in a really good location. I highly recommend this property.

We love the layout of the condo and the private pier. We were comfortable and it was clean. Only a couple of things we were not happy with : the kitchen lacked cooking supplies as far as pans, pots, and utensils to cook with. The only other thing, parking was awful. We were 3 couples but only 2 of us were allowed to bring a car, and even then, there’s insufficient parking space All around, it’s a nice condo and we enjoyed our time

Beautiful

It was beautiful and very comfortable. Great position in front of the pool. No complaints at all except I wish the back windows had curtains so everyone didn't see me at night.

Great Family Vacation

The condo was very clean and nice. Everything seemed very well thought out (check-in/check-out). I really appreciated that we didn't have to do much to check out! The only two issues were, the master bedroom needs a new mattress. It is very old and has a dip in the middle. My husband slept so bad on it he ended up on the couch after the second night. Also the air does not work well in the queen bedroom. My daughter and her friend stayed in there and it was so hot every morning.

Amazing sunrises every morning! The views from the master bedroom and balcony are beautiful. The place was clean and sanitary (the way I like it). I would stay here again and recommend it as well.My only suggestion is that curtains be added to the living room area: this would help during turtle season.
