Perched on the 11th floor of the lush, oceanfront Valley Isle Resort, this 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo offers panoramic views of the ocean and the islands of Moloka'i and Lana'i. Enjoy the best sunsets imaginable and prime whale-watching opportunities. Spend your days on the lanai fronting the living room or bedroom in this corner unit.

The condo features a queen-size bed and a full-size sofa sleeper, comfortably accommodating up to four people. It includes a full kitchen, guest amenities, free parking, and WiFi. The location is close to shops, restaurants, the world-famous Ka'anapali Resort and Golf, as well as Kapalua Golf courses.

Beautiful place and an even better view!

The pictures do not do the view justice! It was amazing. The place was very comfortable and had chairs, a cooler, and an umbrella. I will most definately try to stay here again.

The views!

What a great property! The views are incredible, the location is so convenient to all of west Maui. We saw so many whales sitting on the balcony, I lost count! The property is well stocked with everything we needed for our vacation. Loved Miso Phat sushi across the street, walked to Maui Brewing Company.

Best vacation ever!

The view was amazing,! Hearing the waves crashing every night, seeing the sunset & we sighted whales everyday! IIf you want to see whales this is the perfect location! The peacefulness in this area was relaxing and what we wanted! If we come back to Maui we would stay here again! Only recommendations would be to have some basic essentials like various spices & condiments available so you didn't have to buy large sizes and not be able to use them alll through your stay.

Amazing View. A Wonderful Place to Stay. Fantastic Experience.

A wonderful place to stay. The ocean waves and breeze were amazing to hear and feel. The condo itself was roomy with everything we needed including washer/dryer. The balconies were just incredible. Words cannot describe the views of the water and the island of Moloka'i across the way. Whale and turtle sightings repeatedly from the balcony. Within walking distance of a few restaurants and beaches. Beach chairs were available for use too. The property as a whole was really nice as a whole. One of the reviews I read beforehand mentioned that the screen door would come off the track, so I expected it and it was not a problem to just put it back on track. We hated to leave. I highly recommend this rental.

The unit also had coolers and beach chairs, which we really appreciated. A few things could be updated just like chips in the ceiling and loose faucet knobs... not enough to put a damper on our vacation. Would definitely recommend this place!

The place is a bit dated, but this was not a big issue. It would be helpful to have a keyless code entry, rather than actual keys. The lanai's are situated such that there is complete privacy from other neighbors, and that was a bonus. There were enough basics to get us by for a few days until we bought a few. The in-condo laundry was truly appreciated as well. Winds picked up in the afternoons, but mornings were great!

Reviewer Comments: The views were amazing from the condo, my wife and i really enjoyed having breakfast there, and watching the sunset from the 11th floor. However the condo is so outdated that even though as much as they tried to clean it, it felt so dirty all around. Next time id rather pay few more bucks to have comfort and the views vs sacrificing the comfort for only the views.

The breeze coming through the front door out to the lanai kept the temperature perfect the entire time. We never closed the doors to the lanai our entire stay! The view from the bed and hearing the waves crashing every night was like heaven! A little out of the way and far from the airport but everything else about the property makes up for it! Only recommendations would be to have some various spices available so you don't have to buy containers you will not use up during your trip & the kitchen has very basic necessities. Otherwise I would highly recommend this condo!

Beautiful retreat

Sadly, the beach was pretty deteriorated during our stay and the management was placing giant sandbags just below us to prevent more erosion. It didn’t detract from the experience as we watched whales breach right from the balcony. The condo is a bit dated and could use some updating, but it was clean and comfortable and had many amenities that we really appreciated such as a cooler, beach chairs, and beach towels. The kitchen was tiny, but functional and the bathroom was in similar condition. The property itself had a small, but nice pool and very clean bbq area with an herb garden that was for guest use. It was also located conveniently near shopping and restaurants. Overall, a great place to vacation in paradise.

Went to the market across the road from the condo later in the week & a dozen eggs were $10. Easy lock box check-in. View took our breath away. Furniture dated but clean. Bath & toilet dismally small. Kitchen adequate. Mr. Coffee type coffee maker. Fans kept condo cool enough to sleep (mid January). Quiet, restful stay. Only noise was the waves crashing. Lovely sound to fall asleep to. Spent many hours on the balcony watching whales. Very sad to leave!

We had an ocean view on the 11th floor. Seen turtles, rainbows and whales every morning on the lanai having morning coffee. Walked the beach for our second cup. Had a few negative aspects though. The pool was beautiful but it was too windy almost every evening with a good chance of rain. Maybe it’s how the resort is situated but the wind tunnel was consistent. Weather was “moody”, as we were explained, on that side of the island. Room was weathered but provided everything we needed. We would recommend to anyone and left Maui so grateful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A quick review: This condo has an amazing straight on ocean view from the living room and also bedroom. I didn't see the wifi code and had it within a minute after texting management. Parking is easy. There is a good pizza place across the street and Maui Brewing CO is walking distance. Condo is very quiet. There is minimal noise from the pool of the complex next door and you can really hear the waves all the time which is wonderful to fall asleep to. The condo is very clean. Unfortunately the condo furnishings are very old. The bed is very soft, the bathroom is tiny and outdated, and the kitchen is also very outdated. At times it is hard to get the sliders and screen doors to work. However, if you can overlook those things it is a great place to stay.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very tired and worn. The unit was in need of so much. Difficult to describe. Unit not clean, I talked with management co., they recleaned. Even the bed skirt on bed was dirty with bugs on it. Better but not great. Utensils, for cooking were dirty, I rewashed. Glasses in cupboard dirty. I rewashed anything I used. The stove burners were all out wack but we used one burner to cook breakfast. The hood to stove should totally be replaced. Then we had roaches! Management company brought over roach spray.Then went to do a load of wash. Washer worked ok then put clothes in dryer. Clunking and got very hot. Called management co., again. Sent repair person, said they had to order a part. Few days went by and repair person came back. Dryer still didn’t work. Repair person said it should be replaced but had to get approval from owner. Missing tiles throughout condo, hair in bathtub they recleaned but the tub it was beyond help! I wore thongs to take a shower, been coming to Maui for over 35 yrs., and this unit by far is the worse unit I have ever stayed excluding the View which was great.

Amazing views and excellent beach.

We island hopped and stayed over at Hana and this was our favorite location. The view from the balcony was amazing and the beach was great. Good snorkeling right out front with lots of sea life and turtles. The unit was nice, but could use a few updates and fixes, but I couldn't complain for the price. Doesn't have AC, but with the doors open the breeze kept it comfortable. Restaurants and some shopping right across the street and more just a few miles away. Only real negative is it's on the North West end and I didn't pay attention that all of our excursions were pretty far south so we did quite a bit of driving back & forth. On the plus side it wasn't crowded like most places we went. Would stay there again in a heartbeat. We actually looked at buying a unit, we enjoyed it so much.

Great place to stay, awesome views

It was as described. Everything was great. The views from the bedroom and living room were beautiful. Watched the sunset from the condo every evening. Beach was right beow us. Close distance to restaurants and stores of all kinds. I would highly recommend staying here.

Comfortable Space w/ Amazing View

We originally booked solely off the great lanai and view. We were pleasantly surprised about the spacious living room and separate bedroom. Everything was clean and ready when we got there and led to a great vacation! The spot is also right next to the bus stop which was able to take us to Kaanapali, Lahaina and Kapalua for cheap priced day passes. Would recommend this place for anyone looking to see turtles from the lanai, great sunsets and have a cozy home to return to post day-trips.

Roaches Roaches Roaches!!!

The title of this property is "Views! Views! Views!" and unfortunately, that is about all it has to offer. The condo is largely original and is in dire need of an upgrade or at a minimum some TLC. Rusted vents, missing baseboard tiles, cracks in the shower, dripping faucets, the oven doesn't even open all the way. The list goes on and on. However, it was adequately stocked with supplies and we made good use of the laundry. On the second day of our stay when we returned to the condo, we were unfortunately greeted with roaches, a lot! We immediately contacted the property manager who was very responsive and helpful. The next morning, he placed some traps in the condo but it did not stop the roaches from returning. We were greeted by more the next day. The property manager agreed to refund us for the first part of our stay in the roach infested condo (4 of the 7 nights) and put us in another one of their properties at the same rate. We were very grateful for the wonderful new condo and enjoyed the last 3 days of our trip. However once we returned, he rescinded the offer and said the new condo we moved to was nicer, so let's just call it even? What!? Then he said he would refund us for the nights we were unhappy with (2 nights). We were surprised as this was not what was offered to us and our decisions would have been different if we knew the truth. Feeling defeated and scammed, we accepted it and explained that it was actually 3 nights of living with roaches. We have yet to receive a response. We're so grateful for what the property manager did for us during our stay, transferring us to a different property. However, he fell a bit short upon our return. If we would have known we would still be dealing with this, we would not have taken him up on their offer. There were plenty of other VRBO options available for us to move to at the time. A promise is only good if it is kept. In hindsight, we wished we had everything in writing.
