Welcome to Epic Grand Reserve Escape, a one-of-a-kind 5-bedroom retreat tucked inside the exclusive, gated Grand Reserve community. Designed for families who want more than just a place to stay, this home delivers an unforgettable blend of themed fun, upscale comfort, and laid-back vacation vibes from the moment you arrive.



Step inside and you’re immediately welcomed by a bright, open living space built for gathering. Whether you’re starting your morning with coffee before the parks or winding down after a full day of adventure, the open-concept layout keeps everyone connected and comfortable.



What truly sets this home apart are the incredible themed bedrooms. Kids and adults alike will be amazed by the hand-crafted designs, including a vibrant Encanto-inspired room and a beautifully detailed Moana-themed escape. Every space has been thoughtfully created to bring imagination to life and make your stay feel truly special.



Entertainment is everywhere you turn. The beach-themed game room is perfect for friendly competition with a pool table and air hockey, while additional themed spaces throughout the home offer unique places to relax and recharge. Upstairs, the loft has been transformed into a private king retreat, giving you a quiet space to unwind at the end of the day.



Step outside and discover your own private oasis. The covered, southwest-facing pool area offers one of the most secluded outdoor spaces in the community—perfect for soaking up the Florida sun, enjoying a refreshing swim, or relaxing poolside with your favorite drink. Pool heat is available for $30 per day and can be arranged prior to your stay so everything is ready when you arrive.



Located just a short drive from Walt Disney World®, Universal Orlando, and SeaWorld, you’ll have easy access to all of Orlando’s top attractions while still enjoying the peace and privacy of a gated retreat.

To make your stay even more convenient, we offer early check-in and late check-out for $50 each (subject to availability), as well as grill rentals upon request.
