With three thoughtfully appointed bedrooms, two main living areas, spaces, and 360 views, you'll experience true mountain life. Highlights The main level includes the kitchen and dining area, the living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite, laundry, plus the huge deck and private hot tub. The second level includes a second entertaining space, as well as the primary suite. The third level is a secret loft, accessed with a ladder. This lovely space can be used as a yoga and meditation space, or to gather with your group to talk or play board games. Guest suite, main level: King bed, with en-suite bath with a dual vanity and step-in glass shower. Bunk room, main level: Two built-in twin bunk beds. Primary suite, second level: King bed, dresser, closet, with en-suite bath with soaking tub, step-in shower, and dual vanity.

As you enter through the front door, you'll see the laundry room and the garage access door. The laundry has a new washer and dryer to help you feel at home. There is also extra closet space in this hallway. The first guest bedroom has a king bed with a smart flatscreen TV, a dresser, a large closet, and a full en-suite bath with step-in shower and dual vanity. The second guest bedroom features two sets of bunk beds with extra pillows for ultimate comfort. Past the bedrooms is another full bathroom, with a step-in shower and dual vanity.

The main living room, kitchen, and dining area receive ample natural light from the oversized windows, showcasing the stunning mountain views. The kitchen is all new, combining sleek design and convenience. The eight-foot waterfall counter island functions as a cooking and gathering space, with additional seating for four. We have all new stainless-steel appliances, a drip coffee maker, typical small appliances you'd expect at home, and much more. The gorgeous new dining table that comfortably seats eight with bench sitting. The living room includes a new leather sofa, two accent chairs, and a natural gas fireplace. There is also a dedicated workspace, with a desk and comfortable chair, in case you'd like to bring your laptop or work remote. This space features 30-foot ceilings. Skylights illuminate the modern decor and immerse you in natural light.

DECK/HOT TUB
The living room leads to the deck, where you'll be greeted with amazing mountain views, the lounge chairs, and the private hot tub, which sits 6-7 people.

The second entertainment area is upstairs, and includes a smart flatscreen TV, a foosball table, an arcade game table, and a comfortable sofa that converts to a queen bed.
