Cannot overexpress how good the stay was at this condo at Tidawater Beach Resort. From start to finish, the condo owner was very communicative and helpful whenever there was any issue, which there were not many. I would highly recommend staying here. The host is definitely a five-star. The place was absolutely in a great place. Access to the beach was a flight of stars and short walk. We sat on the balcony every night to watch the sunset. Once again I cannot overstate how nice a place this is and how great dealing with the host was.

The condo was clean and neat. It is overlooking the beach and there are great views. It is close to Peer Park and other convenient stores and shops. Lots of good places to eat. We stayed in September and the weather was great! There also wasn’t the big crowds normally associated with a beach vacation. It does have two levels with two bedrooms on the 2nd floor. It also has two bathrooms which was very convenient. Ernest and Ella were extremely friendly and helpful with whole process. Highly recommended!

Ernest and Ella were great to work with and very responsive. The condo was clean and well supplied. It was the perfect for what we needed. We loved not having to wait on the elevators as it was on the 1st floor. The view was beautiful from the balcony. They were great to communicate with and helped when we had a TV issue, even offered to come to the condo if we couldn’t get it back connected. They helped us out when we had to leave early for the Hurricane and they didn’t have to do that, we greatly appreciate their kindness. We will definitely book with them again.

Mr Ernest and Mrs Ella are great host. The location of the tidewater room was amazing! The room has an Amazing view from the Gulf side of the building,there is no need to wait on the elevator, because you are on the first floor, which gives you quick access to the beach . the room Very clean room . It has a full kitchen , stocked with every utensil . I would recommend this host and room.

We had a great stay here! The view is beautiful and the rooms were perfect for our party’s trip. Anything that you need can be found in this condo. It is perfect for being close to the restaurant and walking down one flight of stairs to go to the beach. The communication with the owners was a 10/10!!! I can’t say enough good things about this place. Loved it!

Ernest and Ella are wonderful, attentive and caring hosts! Being on the first floor was so convenient-no need to wait for an elevator. Walking distance to Pier Park and several good restaurants was also helpful. Thanks for a great stay!

This was the perfect property for our family to stay during a weeklong softball tournament. The property was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for the week. The views of the beach are amazing. This is a two-story condo and the bedrooms are up a spiral staircase, so you would need to be able to get up and down the stairs. Obviously that was not an issue for us. I don’t think they advertise it heavily, but there are bunkbeds on the lower level, which could easily hold a couple of kids or small adults. It’s nice that the condo is on the first floor (not ground floor) so that it’s elevated above the beach a little bit for the views, but we could easily walk up and down a flight of stairs to get to Parking or the ground level as opposed to waiting for the elevators. The hosts were first class and were very thorough in their communication and checked on us to make sure everything was going well. We didn’t have any issues, but I got the sense they would be extremely responsive if we did. We spent so much time at the softball fields that we didn’t get to enjoy a lot of the amenities, but everything looked nice and well kept. Overall, a fantastic place to stay for a Panama City Beach trip!
