This comfortable and amazing, fully furnished three bedroom and two bathroom home is located in the quiet Palm Valley neighborhood. There is a community park directly across the street from the home. Walking paths surround the park, with play ground and basketball court. Also adjacent from the park field is a wonderful landscaped neighborhood trail for your walking enjoyment. The home is situated only blocks from the Wigwam Golf Resort, Reds and Litchfield fine dining restaurant. Across from Wigwam resort offers papa Pauls Italian restaurant with wood fire pizza, sports bars and Mexican cuisine. Other things near by:
10 min to peoria ballpark and -20 min to Phoenix, Glendale Casino, Top Golf and Cardinal stadium. Spring training in Peoria Sports Complex, Several restaurants, breweries and shopping nearby as well.
The living room has a large entertainment center with surround sound, a 65 inch smart TV with a large selection of channels for your viewing pleasure. There are leather, reclining sofas for you to relax and a workstation with high-speed Internet and stereo with built in speakers inside and outside for your listening enjoyment.
The fully equipped kitchen features, newer stainless steel appliances, beautiful island with breakfast bar . Everything you need at an arms length away.
The master bedroom has a 70 inch TV. Walk in bathroom and large walk-in closet.
A beautiful jetted soaker bath tub with walk-in shower, as well as double sinks and separate toilet area.
The two guest rooms are down the hall . First guest bedroom offers a TV with queen size bed and second bedroom has two twin beds. A bathroom is adjacent from both guest rooms for convenience.

Outside is an entertainer‘s delight. Beautifully landscaped yard with a pebble tech heated pool, mood lighting and waterfall feature. Volleyball net and basketball hoop as well for an afternoon of fun. Adjacent to the grill is a dining area that seats six and another seating area that seats four.
The outdoor kitchen offers a built-in fridge, bar top and barbecue with light. At the end of the pool there is two chase lounges with umbrella. There are also ceiling speakers with fans in the covered patio area. Enjoy your music from the homes stereo while you enjoy the outdoors with friends and family.


The two car garage has an Apoxy floors, water softener, extra cabinet, work bench area and door to exterior side.

(Upon request we do charge $70 per day for heated pool usage - September 1st-June) this is a normal charge as gas is ridiculously expensive.
This request can be made through private messaging the owner.
