We work hard at providing a wonderful experience for our guests.
The home is put first with top cleaning service as well as yard and pool care weekly.

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at this property. Everything was clean, there were all the amenities we couldā€™ve hoped for, beds were super comfortable, nice, quiet neighborhood, fantastic, backyard, pool, and outdoor grilling station, and the host was super responsive.

A great stay!

This was the perfect house for us visiting for the Final 4! It was the cleanest home we have ever stayed in and was fully loaded with all of the supplies we could need. The beds were comfortable, towels were fluffy and soft, and the couch was perfect. I wanted to take the entire backyard home with me. The location was great (once we found an alternative route from the interstate) with lots of restaurants and stores close by. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved our stay!

We loved our stay here! Beautiful pool and backyard with all the amenities we needed. Comfy beds and great location for exploring the area. Our host, Karrie, was amazing and allowed us to stay a little longer for checkout with a later flight. Totally recommend for anyone coming to this area. We recommend going to the rodeo in Cave creek (45 min away) and having a stay vacation at the Scottsdale princess (45 min away). We also did the Victory hike (20 minutes away). A great getaway for girls or family - the pool is amazing in the backyard. Loved our stay!

Very nice. Everything clean, modern and up to date. Great back yard with pool. (thought 50.00 a day to heat the pool was way too much and a big negative). Beds were very comfortable. Located across from park and near very nice walking paths. Furnishing and supplies in the house were excellent.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was in a beautiful neighborhood and we enjoyed every second of our visit. It was clean and beds/pillows were extremely comfortable. The house was not cluttered which made it very easy to make sure we had everything when we packed to leave. Check in was easy and loved that we could park in the garage. Didnā€™t want to leave. Will stay again if this rental is available. Our host was great to communicate with.

Amazing!

Kerrieā€™s place is awesome. Kitchen is ready for cooking, beds are so comfy. Lots of towels and such. Everything was super clean and having a park and green Space next door is perfect. Restaurants and stores very close. Not far from State Farm Stadium. The pool was warm and perfect way to spend the afternoons! Already looking forward to booking next year!

Coupleā€™s retreat

Booked this last minute and chose it for the back yard set up - didnā€™t disappoint. North facing back yard, so you get sun most of the day, and itā€™s very private. House itself is a decent size for a family of 4, gets tighter beyond that. Located in a quiet neighborhood, but close to all amenities. A bit of a hike from the airport or big sport venues, but just plan accordingly.Communication with the owner was excellent. Only complaint (and strictly a personal preference) is the beds are soft. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Home. Great Location.

We needed a place close to the Goodyear Ballpark and this house fit the bill for us. It was just my wife and I and our oldest child. The amount of bedrooms and bathrooms worked really well for us. There are plenty of places to relax and to sit and eat. The outside was well equipped with outdoor furniture, umbrellas, grill and heated pool. Karrie was very quick to answer any questions we had. Usually within 5 minutes. Would definitely stay here again under the same circumstances.

Fabulous!

This property is fabulous! It has very comfortable beds, fluffy soft towels and it was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen is very well appointed, complete with gas stove, reverse osmosis drinking water system, a full spice rack, and ample glass/plastic ware ensuring drinks around the pool can be safely consumed. The host has thought of the little things too, like a few bottled waters in the fridge on arrival, enough coffee pods to get us started, sunscreen was available and kept conveniently beside the pool towels. The outdoor cooking area beside the pool is nicely laid out and functional for those days when we did not want to cook inside. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area.

I love what I do and work hard at making wonderful experieces and memorable stays for our guest. Taking care of our properties and design and comfort is one of my main goals. With each place being different it makes it exciting.
For our guest experience, I like them to have privacy but then Iā€™m very hands-on, if you need me. So if thereā€™s ever an issue, I encourage our guests to contact me as soon as possible so we can get what ever it is that needs addressing taken care of. Itā€™s important to us that you have have a wonderful stay and a 5ā­ļø experience.

Wow, when I talk about this neighborhood-
It really fits the bill for the size of the home.
I love that thereā€™s a beautiful park across the street with Landscaped safe walking trails that are adjacent to the park. Makes morning walks, peaceful, and nice with a quail in the rabbits running by. I also appreciate how close we are to our neighborhood stores, this makes things very convenient. And just 3 miles away we love our dinner stomping grounds at the wigwam resort with Papa Paulā€™s pizza and the local sports bar.

What makes our property unique it that this is a home that has builder extras. With built in sounds system, spa like shower, gourmet kitchen and the landscaped pool yard makes which stand out against all the rest for its size and platform.
