All 14 bedrooms have Smart 4k TVs and soft carpeted floors, promising a comfortable and luxurious stay. With two refrigerators and two sets of full-sized washers and dryers, the villa ensures a hassle-free and enjoyable vacation. Guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi and internet throughout the property, making it easy to stay connected with the world. The villa’s unique theme and amenities have been featured by the News 6 at Nine news channel.

A large private swimming pool and spa, which can be heated upon request, and resort-style sun loungers and seating make for an unforgettable experience. A private family BBQ grill next to the pool is also available for a fee, ensuring that you can enjoy delicious meals together. The living room offers ample open space for group gatherings, including a massive Kitchen Island with additional chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped, and all the amenities are designed to cater to the most discerning chef.

The villa comes with its own two lanes of bowling alleys, air hockey table, basketball hoops, pac ball, neo ball, epic arcade games, etc., promising endless entertainment for everyone in your group.

Additional services, such as mid-stay cleaning and daily turn-down service, are available upon request.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

* POOL HEATING/HOT TUB: Can be added as an additional service to the reservation, subject to an additional cost of $ 55/day. Must be informed 48 hours before the check-in date. Please keep in mind that since the Hot Tub is connected to the pool they do not operate independently.

POOL HEATING FYI:

* The heater is set to a maximum of 95F, which is a standard, we cannot make it warmer.
* It doesn't warm up the water instantly, it takes time for it to get to its max set-up heating temperature.
* The pool and jacuzzi are heated by the same heater, so they'll both get to the same temperature.
* The heater does not work as a hotel/resort's heater, it will make the water warm, not hot, since it is designed to be used on smaller pools, it makes the water equally warm on both the Pool and Jacuzzi.
* On cold, cloudy, and rainy days, the water will take longer to heat up completely.


STARTER SUPPLIES: The following starter supplies are provided in the unit: each bathroom will have: 1 small bar soap, one toilet roll, and 1 trash bag; in the kitchen: 1 dish detergent, 1 dishwasher capsule, 1 sponge, 1 paper towel, 1 trash bag. No other supplies will be provided. Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.

* No washcloths provided.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided at the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, or coffee powder will be provided before check-in.

TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home.
