High-speed wireless internet, 4 Roku TVs, a multitude of streaming and accessibilities, 2 DVD players and a printer!

The fenced backyard includes a gazebo with both gas and charcoal barbecue grills. Enjoy the ocean breezes from the screened porch. Watch birds and summer rains from the covered porch or star gaze from the master bedroom private balcony. The dog gates permit fury family members to enjoy the porch and access the backstairs to the yard. A Soft Sided Dog Crate (42 in x 31 in x 31 in) is provided.

The deep sectional makes a perfect napping couch for two. Ceiling fans and blackout curtains are in every room bedroom. The Mini-Split Air Conditioner upstairs keeps the private master bedroom cool.

The Ekornes chair and Tempur-pedic bed topper comfort those with temperamental backs.

It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

Rents Weekly Saturday - Saturday. Rents Nightly with a 3 night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
