Your 2-bedroom/2-bath (and sofabed) updated unit features new tiled floors throughout, a new walk-in shower in the master bathroom, and new lanai furniture, providing a comfortable “luxury coastal contemporary” experience. View majestic palm trees throughout the property and partial views of the Gulf from the lanai, along with mangroves bordering Estero Bay visible just a few feet away.

This spacious 1427 sq. foot condo on the elevated first floor has an additional 200+ sq. foot wrap-around screened lanai and is easily accessible by elevator or stairway. The large primary ensuite offers a California King Sleep Number bed and walk-in closet, and the second bedroom has two twin beds and a conversion kit connecting them to make a king bed. Each bedroom has blackout window treatments. A desk, printer, monitor, and comfortable chair are also provided for remote or other computer work.

Sea Isles has deeded access to the beach on the right side of the Silver Sands building across the street. Beach chairs, two beach umbrellas, sand toys, coolers and a large beach cart are located in a ground-level storage room; a women’s and men’s bicycle and two kayaks are also available (subject to terms and conditions for use). Or choose to swim in the new heated/cooled saltwater pool just a few short steps from the condo or cookout on the nearby community grill. Pool floats and water exercise weights are available.

Pickleball anyone? The new professionally designed courts (and tennis court) have been designed for optimum enjoyment with multiple sets of pickleball paddles and balls in the condo for your use.

The kitchen is very well equipped and includes a dishwasher, microwave, KitchenAid professional stand mixer, regular and Keurig coffee makers, multi-function Air Fryer, dishware, drinkware, pots, pans, cooking utensils, BBQ tools, waffle maker, toaster, slow cooker and more gadgets for foodies!

Take a sunset catamaran cruise from the Naples marina, use our kayaks to explore Estero Bay and the Gulf (launch right near the kayak storage), head north briefly to Lover's Key State Park for hiking, kayaking, and more beach adventures!
