Our single-level home has hosted over a hundred families and groups traveling to Tampa. The pool and jetted hot tub sit out back in a fully fenced yard, the game room runs ping-pong and Pac-Man, and the kitchen is stocked for guests to cook full meals. Mornings at the zoo or the stadium, afternoons by the pool, both fit in a single day.

The single-level layout puts all four bedrooms on one floor, no stairs anywhere. The king has its own TV, a glass slider to the pool, and an en-suite bathroom, two queen rooms follow, and one holds the desk and chair for anyone working a few hours. The fourth room is built for kids: a full-over-full bunk with a trundle and a slider straight out to the backyard. A living room sofa bed brings the total to sleeps 10.

The backyard is where groups spend their evenings. Past the pool sit a fire pit and a hammock, the covered patio holds an outdoor dining table, and the hot tub stays warm long after the kids have called it a night. Inside, the open living room and dining table keep everyone in the same space without crowding.

Guest Access

Guests have the entire home to themselves, along with the pool, hot tub, game room, and the fully fenced backyard for the length of the stay. Self check-in is through the smart lock, with the code sent before arrival. Driveway and street parking are free and available on site.
