The condo boasts an in-unit washer and dryer, as well as a fully-stocked kitchen. Linens, laundry soap, dish soap, and toiletries are also provided for the ease of getting you settled in and vacationing as soon as possible. The fully furnished TRULY OCEAN FRONT BALCONY is ready for your entertaining and leisure desires.

This is a Non-Smoking, No E-Cigarettes & No Vaping Devices of Any Kind Condominium, No Pets Allowed (association rules).

We do have a minimum age requirement of 25 years of age to rent our 2nd Home.

During our busy season our weekly rentals, check in on Saturday at 3:00 pm

until the following Saturday and check out will be at 10:00 am.

Please reserve early, we book up very quickly for the Spring, Summer and Fall months.

Other times of the year we will consider less than a weekly rental, 3 night minimum please inquire with us.

We do have weekly/monthly rates available in the off season.
