Ideally located for outdoor recreation, enjoy being within a mile of all the Northstar California Resort amenities, as well as Historic Downtown Truckee (eight miles), Old Brockway Golf Course (eight miles), Tahoe Vista Recreation Area (nine miles), and Palisades Tahoe Resort (nineteen miles). Spend your days hiking, boating, or skiing and snowboarding on world-class slopes.

Back home, enjoy access to the shared pool, tennis courts, and bubbling hot tub where you can soothe any sore muscles after an adventurous day on the mountain at the Northstar Rec Center.

Cost of admission is $10 per person for rec center.
There are many stairs leading to home.


Inside this cozy oasis, feel right at home in the sun-filled, open-concept living area complete with high ceilings, expansive windows, luxe furniture, and woodsy decor that brings the beauty of the outside in. Gather around the wood-burning fireplace to drink cocoa and play card games, or stream your favorite movies on the large TV. A stylish, full kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances for creating delicious home-cooked meals with ease. Finish the evening with a glass of wine on the balcony while the stars illuminate the treetops.

Things to Know
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Ski shuttle details: Guests can download the app "Northstar Transportation" to access info about the free shuttle to the village and ski lifts



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
