Welcome to your beachy escape at House 5521—a cozy 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath retreat in Ocean Lakes Family Campground! Whether you're relaxing on the covered front porch or zipping to the beach in your complimentary golf cart, this home is designed for laid-back family fun.

It is Beautifully decorated and is one of the most spacious 2-bedroom homes that Ocean Lakes has to offer. It's open concept kitchen and living room allow plenty of room to gather together to watch TV or play games as a family. There is a large, covered porch with a beautiful sitting area and privacy shades to relax after a fun day at the beach or Sandy Harbour waterpark.
If you are looking for a quiet street within Ocean Lakes, this is the location for you, only a short walk to the beach or you can jump on the complimentary golf cart and go.

Primary Bedroom: 1 Queen Bed
Second Bedroom: Twin over full Bunk Bed
Additional Sleep space: There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room
*Each Bedroom has it's own TV with basic Cable

🚿 Bathrooms:
Primary bathroom has large walk-in shower
Second bathroom is also the laundry room and has a stackable washer/dryer combo, so you can pack light and wash on the go.

Kitchen and Dining-
The kitchen has full sized appliances and is equipped with place settings for six at the kitchen table
There is additional seating for two at the kitchen island
The kitchen is stocked with your basic needs to make simple meals.
Including both a standard coffee pot, and a single serving Keurig machine.

--We supply you with a roll of toilet paper per bathroom, two trash bags and a roll of paper towels to get you started.

🚗 Important Info:
Not pet-friendly
Limited parking (space for 1 large vehicle or 2 vehicles max at the home, however there is an overflow lot in the campground for any extra vehicles)
Parking Fee: $12/day per vehicle (if paid online 10+ days before check-in); $15/day if paid after that, per Ocean Lakes policy

Security Deposit and Agreements:

Guests are required to sign a Surfwind Rentals Guest Agreement and Golf Cart Agreement and authorize a security deposit to be held on your card prior to reservation.
The hold will be placed the day before check-in and will be released once the home passes inspection and Ocean Lakes confirms no violations were received during guests stay.

*Ocean Lakes has a 12:00 AM community-wide curfew

*Golf Cart Use: Must be 21+ with a valid driver's license on file to operate

🛎️ Guest Access + Support:
-Guests have full access to the entire home, including the covered deck, golf cart, and driveway for parking. (the shed is for owner use only)
- You'll also have full access to the campground amenities like the store and waterpark.
-Check-in is contactless using a digital keypad or lock box for your convenience.
