Our family’s Park City condo has been a cherished getaway, and we're excited to share it with you! While there are many condos in the area, we truly believe ours offers one of the best locations. Situated on the golf course, it boasts unobstructed views and a serene, private setting. Whether you’re here to ski, hike, or simply relax, you’ll love the convenience and tranquility our home provides.

Perfect Location for Every Season
Just 5-10 minutes from three world-class ski resorts, our condo is ideal for winter sports enthusiasts. No car? No problem! Park City’s free public transportation system makes getting around easy. The nearest bus stop is only 100 yards away and will take you to the ski resorts, grocery stores, Historic Main Street, outlet malls, restaurants, movie theaters, and more. Despite being close to everything, our condo offers peace and quiet, making it a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Relax and Unwind
After a day of outdoor adventures, enjoy a soak in the hot tub on the back deck, which overlooks the 6th tee of the Park Meadows Golf Course. It’s the perfect spot to unwind while soaking in the beautiful mountain views.

The host was very friendly and extremely responsive. The condo is as described—comfortable and cozy. Parking options were plentiful for our whole group and the bus stop is very convenient to access the mountains for a day of skiing.

Everything was perfect for our Thanksgiving vacation with my two younger kids who are 39 and 34. Very cozy lodgings and just perfect for a family of 5 The 5th was my daughter's fiance .

Wonderful location in Park City

We had a wonderful stay in this cozy condo. The location is great with golf course views (snow covered in the Winter). We enjoyed the hot tub on the deck overlooking the snow. Located just steps from the PC Transit stop, it is conveniently located to Park City mountain and downtown. Lots of fresh food markets and restaurants nearby. The condo was very comfortable and well-equipped and the owner was very responsive. We would definitely stay here on our next trip to Park City.

Would definitely book again!

Really loved this trip and it worked well for 2 small families. One couple just has to take the room with the loft for all of the kids so that lacks some privacy, but is also great if you have young kids and makes it more comfortable having them right there in a new place. Plus the kids LOVED it… being up in the loft with the bunks and their own TV. Also, TVs were great… could sign in as a guest to our own apps and it signed us out automatically. Might be difficult for older generations to deal with all of that, but the host was easy to get ahold of and would gladly help, I’m sure :) The view out the back with the snow was unobstructed and unbeatable! And with a private hot tub on the deck -super cool. I will say the hot tub had a funky color to it, but the kids used it and were fine and we did see upon check out a gentleman putting chemicals in so I’m sure it was fine…and again, I could have contacted the host if I felt necessary. The kitchen and kitchen table/dining area are on the smaller side, but again, everything was great for our two families with 4 adults and I’d book this same property in the winter every time I took a trip back to Park City! We weren’t there to ski, but everything is super close and we hit up the grocery store down the road, went sledding/tubing, went ice skating etc and it was perfect. Highly recommend!!

Perfect place for Girlfriend retreat

5 girlfriends for our annual retreat. Perfect Location. Quiet. Hot tub. Room to all be together and talk late into the night. Clean. Matthew very responsive. Encountered no issues. Close enough to the night life but far enough away from the noise and traffic. Great weekend.

Great location, close but quiet

Really cute condo with great views out the back. Nice location. Lotion in almost every bathroom, but diluted with water (so almost awesome). Fireplace goes a bit high, oddly scary. The hot tub was awesome, huge! And right on the back porch to watch sunrise/sunset.

Great condo for family ski trip

Overall liked this condo. We have a big family, 5 teen kids so kitchen area was a little tight but loved the living room with easy to turn on gas fireplace! Kitchen was stocked adequately for cooking. We cooked most of our breakfast and dinners in and ate lunches on the ski slopes. There are two bedrooms on the second floor, one is the master and the other bedroom has the upstairs loft with bunkbeds attached (so all in one room). The bed in the second bedroom is memory foam and very hard! The hot tub on the deck was great. Also the location on the golf course was great. My kids loved playing in the snow out there and it’s a beautiful view. It is close enough to the bus system. On weekend days it’s better to take a bus to the slopes because parking is limited. Thanks for a great week!

Great Christmas break

Matthew’s condo was the perfect base for skiing at Park City - 2 mins walk to the shuttle, nice hot tub and plenty of space for the 5 of us. Matthew is a responsive and considerate host. I would absolutely recommend his condo.

Great property for family trip to PC

This property was perfect for our family trip to Park City. Proximity to shuttle service was great for my young adult kids to venture out into downtown while my wife and I skied. I much preferred staying at this location compared to the congested areas. The hot tub was a very enjoyable perk. Matthew is a great host and I hope to stay at his property again in the future.

Condo with a view

It was an easy check-in and out. The location was centrally located to downtown, grocery stores and restaurants. The view from back patio was snow filled with wildlife. The family had a great time.

A Cozy house with a great host.

My family had a blast last week staying in this house on a ski trip. The house is located in a very peaceful place, near Park City and Deer Valley. It has a hot tube, view a great view that is a fantastic place to soothe the body after spending the day on the mountains. The kitchen had all the seasoning needed to prepare breakfast and a quick dinner and a fireplace in the living room that makes a perfect place to chat or watch a movie/series after dinner. To complete the package. Matthew was an amazing host, giving all the information I needed, replying quickly every doubt I had and making every effort in order for my family to have a great time on his house. We are already making plans to come back.

Great Condo and Owner

I took my mom and family of 5 to Park City for a ski vacation and had a great time. The condo was as advertised. The factors for our choosing this condo were close proximity to skiing, private hot tub and the great reviews. We would gladly stay here again if we have the chance. However, the biggest endorsement I can give is working with Matthew. We had to move our trip due to unprecedented winter storms in Texas and Matthew was extremely accommodating in helping us find alternates dates. He was responsive, friendly and helpful.

Great time at the Cozy Condo

Our group of four buddies enjoyed our stay the Park Meadows condo. Beds were comfortable, place was clean and well stocked, and the hot tub is in a great spot to enjoy the mountain views. I have rented many times through VRBO and I say with confidence that the owner of this property is top notch in terms of responsiveness and making sure we had a positive experience.

Excellent property, great location.

We stayed at Park Meadows for seven days. The property was fabulously maintained, communication with the owner was seamless, and access to the bus line was a short trip to the base of the ski hill as well as town. Everything you could ask for was available at the property. The place was clean, well-stocked, and comfortable. We would, without hesitation, stay again at the property. Can’t say enough good things about the place or the owners. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay.

winter girls' trip

Our winter girls' trip was fantastic thanks to Matthew's condo! It has everything you need to have a cozy mountain stay, is in an excellent location and is super clean! Matthew was extremely responsive - he got back to us with every question right away and went above and beyond to make our stay a comfortable one. Highly recommended and we will be back again!

Very cozy and charming condo in a good location

This condo was a perfect fit for our family. While the condo complex has some age on it, this condo had clearly been renovated and well furnished. This living room is perfect for up to 8 people, with a good TV and a powerful gas fireplace. We especially appreciated having a kitchen that included basic needs like spices, aluminum foil, trash bags, plastic wrap and paper towels. The hot tub looked new and the water was fresh. The kitchen is small but functional. Wish there had been a few more pots and pans but we got by. Overall, we loved it and would certainly stay there again.

We mainly wanted a vacation home for skiing that was easy to get to by plane and by car. The mild summers are just an added bonus for golfing, mountain biking, fishing, hiking, whitewater rafting and much more!

We are conveniently located five to ten minutes from three world class ski resorts which have some of the best snow in the world.
Also our condo has an unobstructed view from our back deck overlooking the golf course. Whether it's summer or winter, relaxing in the hot tub during a cold evening is divine.
