The property is clean and nice. The pool was perfect for kids and adults. All rooms were comfortable and clean. Everything worked as should. Golf carts are a cool benefit. No issues during our stay.

The outside furniture was dangerous and broken down. There was broken glass in the garage. And the TVs through most of the house didn’t work. I feel for the price point of this unit everything should have been first class

Lots of beds and bathrooms
We liked the personal pool and the outdoor eating area and the multiple outdoor showers. There were good quantities of bath towels and rags, dishwashing soap, trash bags and hand soap.
The golf carts we had had rusty seatbelts that would not stay fastened and we had 9 small children. The courtyard was not lockable. There is no ocean boardwalk. The two refrigerators did not have working ice makers, and one was missing a drawer. The hot pads were dirty and some of the dishes in the cabinets of one unit had dishwasher soap on them which made us question the cleanliness of all the dishes. There were some burned out lights and non working switches in breezeway patio and pool areas and a burned out light in one of the carriage house bedrooms. Some chairs in pool area had some ripped chair covers and there was some broken furniture in the pool area. One of the washing machines started leaking into the floor and we mopped it up for a good 20 minutes and called in the issue to the property manager on Friday but it was not fixed before we left on Sunday.
A couple of suggestions… it would haven been nice to have a Birds Eye view of the property layout to know that the 4 units were only accessible to one another via the breezeway and to know the location of the various bedrooms in each unit.
Hooks for towels in the bathrooms would be helpful. As well as sorting through the beach toys and boogie boards and discarding those items that are unusable.
