The location is unbeatable, with Stump Pass nearby. There are plenty of amazing local attractions to explore as well, including Parasail Englewood, Stump Pass Beach State Park, Indian Mound Park, Cedar Point Environmental Park, Ann & Chuck Dever Regional Park, Pelican Pointe Golf and Country Club, and Venice Performing Arts Center.
In addition to a prime canal-front location, you are also granted access to a private deeded beach access just steps away, a BBQ area with charcoal grills, a year-round heated outdoor pool (which is the best pool on the island), and ample boat docks for boats 22' and under only. You can also watch manatees from the shared laundry room while you take care of your clothes
When it's finally time to relax, you can retreat to your comfortable and beautifully appointed condo. Discover a coastal-themed open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. Prepare delicious homemade meals in the well-appointed kitchen and then retreat to the inviting living room, furnished with comfy sofas and a smart TV with streaming services. There is no need to miss out on your favorite series any more! Additional on-site perks include free WiFi, two beach chairs, a smart TV in the main bedroom, and central AC.

All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Dock details: The canal leads directly to the harbor/gulf. Guests can use the dock to stand, sit, or fish. Due to multiple factors beyond Vacasa's control we do not guarantee a safe docking of any water craft. Ample boat docks are available for guest use. Boats 22' and under only, NO pontoon boats are permitted and NO trailers.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
