Guests will have use of entire condo unit. Condos complex has only 8 units and they share a new heated pool and boat dock on Lemon Bay with Intracoastal Waterway access.

Welcome to Manasota Key
Located on one of the Barrier Islands, Manasota Key retains some of the seaside charms of old Florida while offering all the contemporary conveniences of a vacation destination. This eleven-mile (18km) stretch of land bustles with a variety of entertainment, dining and live music options when you need some action. Meanwhile, it offers captivating stretches of sandy Gulf Coast beach for those barefoot strolls, refreshing swims and times for laid back lounging from sun-up to sundown.
Vacation Rental Rules for Guests

Occupancy Limits
Only the registered guests are permitted to stay at the property. The maximum occupancy limit must be adhered to as stated in the rental agreement.
Minimum Age
The primary renter (guest booking the property) must be at least 18 years old. Some properties may require a higher minimum age (e.g., 25).
Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in Time: 4:00 pm
Check-out Time: 11:00 am
Early check-in or late check-out may be subject to availability and additional charges.
Noise and Quiet Hours
Guests must keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 p.m., to avoid disturbing neighbors. No loud parties or gatherings are allowed.
Smoking & Vaping
Smoking and Vaping are prohibited inside the property, lanai and garage. Dispose of cigarette butts responsibly in designated receptacles. Minimum charges of $400 apply to smoking or vaping inside a non-smoking residence.
Pets
If pets are allowed at the property and you have obtained approval and paid fee, please ensure that pets are kept on a leash at all times. Guests must clean up after their pets and ensure they do not disturb neighbors.
Pool and Hot Tub Use
Properties with pool and or hot tub use at your own risk. No diving, running, or horseplay. Children must be supervised at all times when using the pool or hot tub. No glass containers in the pool area.
Parking
Guests must park only in designated parking areas. No parking on lawns, sidewalks, or in spaces not assigned to the property. Any unauthorized vehicles may be towed at the guest’s expense.
Cleaning and Trash
Guests are responsible for keeping the property tidy during their stay. Trash must be disposed of in the appropriate bins on the property. Follow local recycling guidelines. Guests should remove all personal items and dispose of trash before check-out.
Appliance Use
Appliances and electronics must be used in accordance with the property’s instructions. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by misuse. Turn off all appliances when not in use, including the air conditioning, lights, and kitchen appliances.
Maintenance and Repairs
Guests must promptly report any damages, malfunctions, or maintenance issues to the property manager. Guests may be charged for damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Behavior
Guests must behave respectfully and avoid disruptive or illegal activities. No illegal substances or activities are permitted on the property.
Security and Safety
Lock doors and windows when leaving the property. Do not share the property’s access code, key, or security information with non-registered guests. Guests should familiarize themselves with the location of fire exits, fire extinguishers, and emergency contact numbers.
Liability
Guests use the property and all amenities at their own risk. The owner and property manager are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages during the stay. Guests must comply with all safety instructions for the pool, hot tub, and other amenities.
Damage or Theft
Guests are responsible for any damage, theft, or loss of property during their stay. The cost of repairs or replacements will be deducted from the security deposit or charged to the guest. Any missing or damaged items must be reported immediately to the property manager.
Cancellation Policy
Guests should be aware of the cancellation policy, which includes deadlines for full or partial refunds. Any early check-out or late arrival that deviates from the agreed-upon dates will be considered a breach of the rental agreement.
Guests and Visitors

Great weekend getaway

We loved the location, close to the beach and the pool was amazing!! The apartment was very clean, beds were a little hard, loved the screen porch and within walking distance to restaurants and stores.

Location, location, location

We appreciated the beach items, laundry, and fans. It was an easy walk to the beach and a safe neighborhood with multiple options within walking distance to eat. Enjoyed our stay.

Peaceful Retreat

Property was exceptionally clean with a great location, nearby all the fantastic restaurant's, and your own access to a private beach. Very clean, updated, well equipped with everything you need for a week stay. Heated pool was great for coming back from a day at the beach. Property manager was quick to respond with any questions. Definitely will rent again!

Great Place to stay

For us this was a Great place to stay for all of us .It checked all the Boxes .We could bring our Golden Leia There is a pool a dock in the back to fish The Gulf is across the street The Place was Big very clean had everything we needed The only thing I wasnt fond of is the parking .We had two vehicles and there is only one space.Parking is very tight .You could not leave your vehicle parked overnight in the Guest parking space which made me have to go park on the road.But everything is was Wonderful Very Peaceful all the other guests were families and very nice.
