Our 3-bedroom home offers you the perfect place to launch your Mountain Getaway and Relaxation Time in WNC! Centrally located & just minutes to the best shopping, coffee shops, eateries and restaurants in the area. We are Family Friendly and you'll be delighted by the White Squirrels and key attractions including DuPont State Forest, Looking Glass Falls, Sliding Rock, Cradle of Forestry, Pisgah Forest, Davidson & French Broad Rivers for fly fishing & kayaking. We are Family Friendly & just added a crib to the kids room!

3rd Bedroom - has a pull-out trundle bed which extends from a twin-size to a king-size bed and has a crib

Both bathrooms have been renovated in January 2023 and include 10" rain shower heads, modern vanities and lights as well as natural light in the master bath.

The master bedroom is spacious, has beautiful views of the valley and mountain range in the background as well as direct access to the back deck. It also comes with a large walk-in closet and a writing desk which converts into a stand-up desk if desired. We also have blackout curtains to help ensure you get a great night's sleep!

The second bedroom has its own 35" TV and DVD player. Be old school again and watch some of the provided DVD's or bring your own. This bedroom has two large closets and lots of natural light.

The third bedroom provides some books and a comfy rattan chair for your vacation reading. We've also recently added a full sized crib for families!

The 55" Smart TV and gas log fireplace will definitively keep you cozy and warm on colder nights.

The fully-stocked kitchen (toaster, coffee maker with fresh coffee, pots, pans, baking supplies, containers, etc.) will make cooking easy and the bar make entertaining fun.

The back deck is very private, facing a large valley and mountain range.

The gas BBQ grill will make a great meal after a hike, bike ride, or spending a day on the Blue Ridge Parkway.

Guest access
You will have access to the complete private home. The large back deck has newly added Crate & Barrel 4 seater high top table + chairs. The front porch is complete with rustic rocking chairs. There is also ample room for bikes and other gear.

Other things to note
We've thought of everything down to the last detail, so you don't have to. We recently added a bar height table and four chairs to enjoy an alfresco meal with an unobstructed mountain view.

The Biltmore has its Christmas lights till Jan. 4th, 2027 and Jeter Mountain Farm is open for several unique holiday weekends including amazing hot chocolate, Christmas trees, and a one of kind market! We go ourselves and it's amazing!

The 2nd bedroom has its own 35" TV and DVD player. Be Old School again and watch some of the provided DVD's or bring your own. This bedroom has two large closets and lots of natural light.

The 3rd bedroom has the trundle twin bed that converts to a King Size bed, which we can set up prior to your arrival upon request. Also you'll find a comfortable love seat and a Regular Full Sized Crib for the little ones!

The living and dining area are open to the kitchen. The 55" Smart TV and gas log fireplace will definitively keep you cozy and warm on colder days and nights. Giving classic modern Ralph Lauren vibe.

Our kitchen is fully stocked and outfitted for even the most discerning chef! You'll find an array of quality pots & pans, pie crust form, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker with fresh coffee, blender & containers to make cooking easy if you choose to stay in. The bar with 3 sturdy counter stools make entertaining fun and enjoyable!

The back deck has great private view of the valley year round. It offers the perfect place to relax and enjoy a coffee or a drink. You'll also find a gas BBQ grill, table and chairs perfect for making a meal after an adventurous or even easy going day.

The front yard & driveway are relatively flat and fun for activities and relaxing. We are Family Friendly for all ages.
