This charming cottage offers 3 bedrooms, 2 marble baths. Situated on a large in-town lot & located within .3 mile from the Brevard Music Center and within walking distance to downtown Brevard which offers great restaurants and shopping.

This comfortable home offers a separate dining room with large pine table to sit and enjoy leisurely meals, the living area offers comfortable seating and wonderful morning light. There is a separate den area to sit and read or watch your favorite movies without disturbing the others. Enjoy the garden area with your morning coffee, paper and a scone from the fabulous bakery in town or in the evenings grab some wine & relax.

Downstairs you will find the living room, kitchen, dining room, den ,master bedroom with a comfy queen size and bath. Upstairs you will find the second bedroom with a double bed and the third bedroom offers 2 twin beds and a large hall bathroom.

You are right down the street from the famed Brevard Music Center. Within short driving distance to Pisgah National Forrest , 250 waterfalls in the area and the famous Biltmore Estate in Asheville. Several breweries are in the area to enjoy as well along with bike trails.

The property was a vey quaint cottage in a good walkable location to downtown Brevard and well stocked. Communication with host was good as well. Property was cute and cozy inside and very clean. It could use a some exterior maintenance so that outside would match the inside quality but overall a great stay. Would stay again and recommend.

The house is juat adorable with tons of old house charm. The rooms are a good size, and the house was very clean. We really enjoyed having a separate living room, dining room, and den. The side porch is a nice place to sit and talk. Communication with the host was excellent.

Wonderful property! Fantastic location!

The house is very clean and well-appointed. Location is fantastic, can walk to town and to Brevard Music Center. Rachael is a fabulous host!!! And we saw a white squirrel across the street - bonus!

Cozy and Quaint

We loved Brevard and this “cozy and quaint” cottage just on the outskirts of town was perfect for us! The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the relaxing areas were filled with a lot of seating and proper lighting for reading. The house was clean and communication was easy.

Lovely historic cottage

This was a nice home in a good location near town. Despite the snow and ice I was able to walk around Brevard easily. It was very well decorated in a cottage style. The kitchen and upstairs bathroom were excellent and the bedrooms were charming. The home also stayed at a comfortable temperature in every room, despite the winter weather.

Memorial Day Weekend/White Squirrel Festival

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this adorable cottage located within walking distance to downtown Brevard. We arrived after dark and had no trouble letting ourselves into the house. Everything was neat and clean. There was plenty of room to spread out both downstairs and upstairs. The host was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to our questions.We will definitely book our trip again in this downtown cottage!

Home was very clean and kitchen well stocked with necessities. Beds were comfortable and pillows and linens were very nice. Although this is an older home, it has been updated with modern bathrooms and nice flooring. My only recommendation would be to add TV’s in the bedrooms. This would be convenient for others to view their choice of movies or shows and not just one persons choice.The reason for a 4 star rating instead of 5, is because the neighbors next door had a dog tied up in their yard that barked quite consistently. Other than that, the neighbor hood was cute and felt safe, especially for women traveling together.

Musical Girls’ Weekend

Great VRBO with a charming location, convenient to everything and super clean. Thanks to all that, fireflies in the evening and a white squirrel siting, we’ll be back. Here’s hoping for repairs to the rock driveway - navigating that was a slight challenge.

Awesome location awesome home!

This house is charming and in a perfect location. Its a short walk downtown and a short drive to the Pisgah National Forest which was perfect because we mostly went to hike. The house was the perfect size and had everything we needed for our stay. We also had a few questions about the area and Rachael was very helpful and responded promptly. The house was very clean and well maintained and we will definitely be returning when we visit Brevard next!!

Perfect place in Brevard!!

We LOVED our stay at Rachael's beautiful Downtown Brevard Cottage! The home is roomy, comfortable and so nicely appointed. It was perfect for our family of 5 adults, with plenty of space and a bed for everyone. The kitchen was very well equipped and we enjoyed all our meals at the house, around the big dining table. We were able to walk to town and also to performances at the Brevard Music Center. The location was perfect and the home was VERY charming! I also appreciated Rachel's excellent communication.

Lovely house, perfect location

We loved staying here on our trip to Brevard. The house is in the town of Brevard, right near the Music Center. The house is extremely comfortable and well appointed. The upstairs queen mattress is the most comfortable bed I’ve slept on in years. The layout of the house was perfect for us—my father took the downstairs bedroom and bathroom, and the kids and I were happy upstairs. The kitchen was a pleasure to cook in. Thank you so much for making this such a memorable trip. We hope to return soon!

Wonderful Home

We had an absolutely delightful stay in this beautiful home. Our family of four (kids are 10 and 12) stayed in Brevard for 2 weeks and Rachael's home had everything we needed. The house and kitchen were immaculate and incredibly well stocked with sundries and other supplies. The beds and linens were lovely and comfortable. I appreciated that there were cleaning supplies given we were there for two weeks. Rachael is a thoughtful and responsive host and it is clear that details matter to her. The location is fabulous and we walked to town often for breakfast and dinner. Overall a wonderful rental and I highly recommend this home.

A Wonderful Stay in Brevard

The home has the perfect layout for our family. It is spacious, and the downstairs bedroom is perfect for my disabled father. The kitchen is well equipped, and the farmhouse style dining table includes six seats with tons of room to spare. We enjoyed cooking and eating our meals in the home immensely. The washer/dryer is conveniently placed. My son and father enjoyed playing chess in the living room and watching TV in the family room every day. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with two twins for the kids and another bedroom with a lovely (and super comfortable) queen sized bed. The bathtub upstairs is spacious. The home is located a short walk from Brevard Music Center. We enjoyed three concerts there during our stay. We can't wait to return! Thank you for another year of wonderful vacation memories at your lovely farmhouse in the best location in Brevard!

Perfect getaway

Our family of 5 really enjoyed our stay in Brevard. We were looking for good hiking, good food and lots of relaxing and that’s what we got. This house had plenty of room with a rustic feel. We were able to walk downtown and it was a very short drive to some beautiful waterfalls.
