This Charming Balcony Suite on the 4th floor is nestled in the northern most section, the quiet side of the property. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee or tea on the private balcony while taking in the top floor view sitting at the balcony bistro set. There is a queen sleeper sofa, club chair, ceiling fan and 32" Flat Screen TV. The kitchen includes a 4 burner stove top and oven. The bathroom was updated with a new vanity and convenient in wall shelving. The private bedroom has a queen sized bed and a 20" standard TV. NO PETS ALLOWED
Minimum age to rent is 21 years old

I was able to check in about 45 min early because my room was ready. Room was exactly as pictured. Very clean and well taken care of. This was my 2nd stay at Beachers Lodge last time was as good as this time. I am already looking into booking another stay. This time I booked through Beachers Lodge website,which was simple and I think less expensive than VBRO which I used last time. I would highly recommend Beachers Lodge and unit #431

Staff is Wonderful

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the stay was pretty good. When we arrived, we noticed there was no screen door, and only one decent chair on the patio. We spoke with maintenance and they took care of us right away with a new screen door and two new plastic chairs. Houskeeping also found a saucepan for us to use and larger coffee cups (kitchen furnishings are scant). They were all wonderful during our stay. If someone rents this unit,they should bring hangars, since the last two times we stayed there, there were no clothes hangars, and we had to buy. Other than that, all was well. The office staff was also very helpful with various requests. Thank you.

Teacher,s Lodge however does not disappoint. Our condo was exactly as pictured on the website. We fond it very clean, comfortable, and located right on the beach. View out the balcony was spectacular especially at sunrise. Only one recommendation to the owner...lubricate the sliding door, it appeared to be original to the 1970's when it was built. Hard to open from years of sea air. A little graphite or WD-40 would help. Would definitely recommend staying in 431 and will likely return some day!

Only drawback was difficulty understanding and operating the TVs. Big Al had a come up twice to get the TV in the bedroom unscrambled. Big thanks to Big Al; but, with a simpler TV system, my stay would have been perfect!
