Beacher's Oceanfront Balcony Suite with Onsite Front desk and staff

Relax in this 3rd floor Balcony Suite and enjoy a fabulous ocean view. In the living room there is a queen sleeper sofa with a memory foam sleeper mattress and a 32" flat screen TV. A new sliding glass door allows a lovely ocean view and keeps the ocean winds quite. Mirrored walls give a more spacious appearance and tiled floors make the unit easy to keep clean. There is a full kitchen including a 4 burner stove with oven. The bathroom was upgraded with a new walk in shower December 2025. The private bedroom is lovely in beige with a queen bed. The closet is enclosed with mirrored doors. There is a ceiling fan in the bedroom as well as a small 19" TV. This is in the north section of the building and will allow a small pet. SMALL PETS ARE ALLOWED. TWO PETS MAX. $75 PER PET. NON-REFUNDABLE.
Minimum age to rent is 21 years old

It was a comfortable, simple but sufficient, place to spend the week celebrating our 60th anniversary!The view is wonderful from the private balcony. The AC units were a bit loud and they need a larger frying pan, but the service was great and we loved it.

Nice Stay

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was right on the beach woth great views. Small condo just big enough for the two of us. The only down side was the air conditioners were crazy noisy and the furniture was quite outdated and looked a bit dirty due to age.

Great Place

Very clean. Perfect for two people. Great location and very convenient. You can walk to the beach or drive on the beach in the same amount of time.

Million dollar view.

A you can’t beat the price for the view and location. It’s a small condo but man the view makes up for everything. Staff was great and helpful. It’s clean. You are within walking distance of the beach and several good restaurants.

Didn’t want to leave!!

Loved our time in 331! It is small, but bigger than a hotel room. It has a balcony facing the beach where we watched the sunrise and ate breakfast every morning. The fridge wasn’t working the first night and the staff replaced it before leaving for the evening. Everyone was very attentive to our needs, especially Lisa and the front desk staff. We WILL be back! ❤️

The only thing I could say bad is the size. It is a small place, but with the beach a very short walk away and that view. There is a really good drinking and eating place within walking distance. I recommend it.

Just so you know we do have a slightly larger one bedroom oceanfront suite, we call it the Balcony Plus... that extra 150 sq ft of extra living space can be appreciated... but your right, the size of the view certainly makes up for it! Not so good

The tv in living room only worked on antenna not one staff member could fix it. Also I freaked out one morning when I saw a rat bigger than my teacup.

We do our best to resolve any issues, all the TVs do have cable programming however all the different tv models can make the inputs trickier. If ever we fall short of satisfaction when addressing a problem just let us know. We are quick to respond to any issues reported and to contact outside support if needed.

Ocean view but not much else

We booked the room imagining a beach side condo. Upon arriving, we realized this wasn’t a private property at all. Instead it was an old beachfront motel from the 1940’s or 50’s. The bed was a double for 2 adults. The unit was not clean and the furniture was extremely soiled. The property was generally neglected and needed work. Billed as a pet friendly property, we were shocked when we were given a laundry list (literally 15+ bullets) on the rules for pets. The rules included not allowing pets on bedding or furniture. If your pet jumps on furniture, you were directed to ask for a set of sheets to cover the soiled, aged furnishings. We broke our reservation (which I will commend the front desk for being accommodating) and moved to a Marriott property. Upon checking out, we nearly got trapped in the elevator that was malfunctioning. The maintenance man admitted he had been trapped in it several times that week. If you have other options, avoid this property.

Reviewer Comments: I have stayed Beachers lodge countless times over 15 years, and normally love the experience and look forward to our next stay every year. This room did not meet our expectations at all. Room 331 should not be listed as a silver room. I have stayed in bronze rooms that were more comfortable and less dated than this room. The tv in the living room had problems connecting to wifi. The one in the bedroom did not work at all. The beds were very uncomfortable. There is some weird wiker chair with cushions that dont fit in the living room, it only took up our limited space because it was unusable. The owner of this room keeps a junk drawer in the room, that my toddler kept finding and getting into. The room was nasty. I had food on the counter that roaches had got into. I killed 2 large roaches and about 6 babies, my husband said he had seen and killed around the same number.There were also small ants in the room. We told reception of the bugs & was thanked for informing them. I could not relax in this room. I feel like I wasted $400 and my weekend getaway on this room.

Great little beach getaway

It is more of an “old school Florida vacation apartment complex” than “resort” but we love staying here for getaways. The resort is directly on the beach with amazing views and everyone is friendly.
