• ATVs, UTVs, and dirt bikes are prohibited within the community for rental guests

Severe weather may still occasionally affect satellite TV, internet/cellular service, or other utilities, and the private well may experience brief interruptions.

Guests with significant pet or environmental allergies should be aware that pets are allowed and that pollen and dust are part of the natural mountain environment.
