Location, Location, Location!
Pearl Guest House is a beautiful waterfront home on Rendezvous Bay, within the exclusive and private Boatman Point neighborhood. Located just a 5-minute drive from downtown Cruz Bay and a 15-minute drive to the VI National Park beaches, Pearl Guest House lets guests discover the perfect setting where you can unwind and relax with the sea.

Pearl Guest House is on the waterfront. The views and sounds of the beach and bay are amazing - like being on a boat. On a calm day one can see the coral reefs and fish below. The bay is very private and pristine, offering excellent snorkeling. There is waterfront access to the rocky beach via a private neighborhood staircase which is only two houses away. The house is in a private neighborhood and is on a dead-end street. The Pearl Guest House faces to the east which has several advantages: glorious sunrises, shade in the afternoon, and best of all, constant breezes.

Pearl Guest House is a gorgeous two-story home with main living space (kitchen, dining, living) on the upper level, and two bedrooms with private attached bathrooms and laundry room on the lower level. The interior is tastefully decorated and has cool travertine floors throughout. Every room has large, screened sliding glass doors to enjoy the bay and beach views and breezes. If you prefer, A/C is available throughout the home.

The kitchen is well-appointed with everything a cook might need including a microwave, dishwasher and outdoor BBQ grill. There are granite countertops and cherry cabinets including an island with stool seating. The upper level also has an indoor dining table with seating for four as well as the main living/seating area. The upper level also has an outside covered deck with seating - the perfect spot to watch the sunlight or moonlight dance on the bay below.

The lower level, accessed by an exterior stairway, contains two bedrooms with adjoining private bathrooms, and a laundry room. Both bedrooms have one king-size bed and A/C. There are large sliding glass doors in each bedroom offering wonderful views of the bay and beyond. Lay in bed and be lulled asleep by the sound of the surf and tropical breezes.
The spacious lower deck is the perfect location for al fresco dining. The deck is very private and surrounded by lush tropical gardens.

Coolers, beach chairs and beach towels are provided. Pack light and relax!

Words canā€™t describe how comfortable and relaxed we were staying at the Pearl Guest House! Karen (& Ibro) were exceptional hosts and very welcoming. We knew that we could contact them at any time if we needed anything. We felt very safe and were able to totally and completely relax and unwind. This property is gorgeous and is the place to stay if youā€™re looking for privacy and comfort.

Stunning!

This is a lovely house in a stunning location. Very clean, high-quality build, well-equipped, comfortable, private, perfectly quiet other than the wonderful sound of waves. The hosts are next door and are helpful and friendly but not at all intrusive. But . . . we thought the listing was less than accurate. We chose this place mostly because of the description of the location: ā€œbeach access via a private neighborhood staircase.ā€ That made it sound like we might want to spend a day or so of our vacation staying around the house, visiting that beach. But the ā€œbeachā€ is really just a narrow steep rocky strip, and not terribly clean. You can get into the water there, but itā€™s not the kind of beach where you would want to sit and relax. To go to a beach where you might want to hang out, you have to drive. If you want a really wonderful place to stay, and you donā€™t mind a short drive to go do things, this place is perfect.

We had a fabulous stay! This villa was just as advertised - beautiful, bright and clean with breathtaking views. The home was well-equipped, and Karen responded quickly to any questions we had. We really enjoyed peaceful evenings under spectacular stars, listening to the waves crash below! Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved staying here! The views were incredible, and anything you could need was there. Very private quiet neighborhood and the owners were the absolute nicest people to work with. We visit the island yearly and have found our perfect spot for years to come!

Gorgeous views

We had an 8 day stay on St John with my family of 4. The house is lovely and very well equipped. The views from the house are absolutely amazing. It was close to Cruz bay which was nice and beaches were just a short drive away. The owners were very helpful and responsive. I would definitely stay here again. The one downside - and this is no fault of the owners - but there were rolling power outages on the island during our entire stay, which was difficult to deal with.

Beautiful View

We enjoyed our stay here on the cliffside overlooking the sea and the full moon. Gorgeous view here. Roads to get to the property and around the island are winding and steep. The privacy and nature sounds were lovely. Some of the nonstick cookware was scratched up, because some people don't know you aren't supposed to use metal utensils on the coating, if you're concerned about that kind of thing. Other than that the house was well stocked with everything we needed, including towels, coolers, beach chairs. The beaches on the north shore were the ones we continued to return to.

Wonderful Quiet Get-a-Way

The view is wonderful. Nice easy access by car to Cruz Bay and its restaurants, bars, and groceries. With a rental car you can relax at home with the view, or head out to all the outdoor activities that St John has to offer. Communication was great with our hosts who gave us a lot of local information and recommendations. We would highly recommend Pearl Guest House. Perfect fit for the two of us.

Wonderful two weeks

A beautiful property with a gorgeous view of the sunrises over Monte Bay. Great kitchen and outdoor grilling facilities. Comfortable and spacious living areas. Snorkeling from the rocky shore beneath the guest house was fantastic and a good way to start the day. It was hard to leave.

Waking up every morning, you are treated to one of the most beautiful views on the island. The house was comfortable and well-stocked; equally suited to a quiet evening in or just a quick bite between beach trips. Karen and Ibro were immensely kind and helpful during our whole stay!

Home swert home!

The host was very infomative from the get go, secondly, if there is paradose on earth, this was the place. My family and I came here to celebrate my husband's 50th but also to show the kids St John and it not disappoint. Waking up everyday surrounded by the pcean I can get ised to that. Thank you so much Karen and Ibro. I highly recommend this beautiful villa as we will be coming back soon!

We left the suburbs of Chicago after falling in love with St. John on a sailing trip. Been here 15 years and we're still in love with it! Pearl Guest House is a two-bedroom home adjacent to the Blue Pearl Villa, our dream project which we designed and built. We have moved into the Villa and are now renting the Guest House. Privacy for all is a main concern. We value our privacy and will respect yours, but of course if you need any assistance, we are nearby to help in any way. Our goal is for all guests to find the place as magical as we do!
