Someday Isle is located on the Western side of the island in Coral Bay. It has a breathtaking view of the BVIs and is blessed with light island trade winds. It is a well-appointed villa with a Colonial Caribbean charm that feels like home. Each bedroom has its own entrance way, deck and bathroom which allows for privacy. When the villa is booked for 2 guests the cottage BR is not accessible. The property is booked for only one party at a time. The pool and patio are positioned for plenty of sunlight and gorgeous views of neighboring islands. It is a perfect location for aprĆØs beach snacks and libations. Flowering, manicured gardens and walkways with island stonework surround the property creating your island oasis. Your senses will be invigorated with not only the gorgeous sights, but the smells of the trees and ground cover. The owner is also cultivating a zen garden where the hurricane unearthed a large volcanic boulder.

Someday Isle is situated conveniently off a concrete road and driveway. The property is gated for security and privacy. It has ample parking for two vehicles. It's a short drive south to get to great beaches like Salt Pond Bay, Lameshur, Little Lameshur, and Europa Beach. Head east for great snorkeling at Hanson, Haul-Over. A short drive down Centerline Road, brings you to Leinster Bay, Maho, Cinammon Bay, Trunk and Hawksnest Beach. And if you enjoy a hike between beaches, you are very close to Rams Head, Brown Bay Trail, Reef Bay (and petroglyphs), Johnnie Horn, and Drunk Bay trails.

Amazing first trip to St John! Went for a week in Jan to celebrate college graduates. Stunning views - couldn't stop taking pictures. The house worked great for us and our 3 adult daughters - everyone had their private space but also enjoyed meals and game time (bananagrams!) together on the upper deck. We so appreciated the attention to detail both inside the home (lovely and thoughtful decor) and in the beautifully maintained gardens (loved the hermit crabs!). Kitchen had everything we needed. Pool was too cold for me to enjoy but some of us did get in. We didn't mind conserving water and quickly got used to the steep and narrow roads, which any rental car there can handle. Pam was incredibly responsive and provided so much helpful info - via text and also in the guest book/manual. House is convenient to all the food, shopping, hiking and snorkeling we wanted to do. We prefer this quieter side to Cruz Bay though we did dine (once) and charter a boat from there. Loved the Coral Bay area and this home and would return!

We really enjoyed this property - the views are stunning, the home is clean and well kept, and there are several amenities nearby. The owner and property manager were both incredibly easy to work with and communicative. I'd recommend this whole heartedly and would be thrilled to stay here again in the future.

Returning in March 2026!

When there are so many choices to stay on St. Johnā€™s, to become a returning guest says it all! We stayed a week at this lovely property with our almost 15 yr old grandson and his parents. Most of the wonderful things about this property have already been said in the over 100 reviews. Not wanting to reiterate all, here are our top reasons to recommend/return to this home: Cleanliness but also neatness/organization; everything was working well probably because owner visits/STAYS in the property often throughout the year and has a responsible crew in her absence; superb and timely communication; lovely/private/quiet grounds with a never-tiring view and a great clean pool and deck; extra thoughtful items supplied that guests might forget; and overall comfort with quality/tasteful furnishings both inside and out. This is not a stilted, showroom house; this is a house that feels welcoming, IS well maintained, and at every turn softly whispers, ā€œCOME BACKā€! It was great for the 5 of us and will equally be perfect for just the two of us next March.

This property was amazing, with an amazing view. We all had our own space when needed as well as plenty of space to hang out together. We spent many hours at the pool when we weren't at one of the nearby beaches. I would highly recommend this rental.

Paradise

We enjoyed a week at the villa and had a fabulous time. This property was perfect for our family as each teenager had private spaces yet plenty of common areas to enjoy each other too. We woke up early for each stunning sunrise and enjoyed listening to all of the birds. The view overlooking Coral Bay was beautiful at all times of the day. The infinity pool was perfect for our quiet days. The kitchen had everything we could have wanted for cookware, serveware and appliances, as well as spices. There were 2 local guidebooks in a drawer that we read and used daily. We were very grateful for some bug spray as well as some beach sunsets required it! Our host was wonderful to work with and very responsive. Thank you Pamela, and your team on the island, for making our week in paradise perfect!

Incredible stay

Words donā€™t describe how great Someday Isle is. I took my family with 2 young kids and the property was an absolute dream for everyone. The kids spent hours outside in the garden with the hermit crabs and pool and my wife and I could not get enough of the top deck. Thank you to Pam and team for making our third trip to St John a dream.

The villa was everything it advertised plus so much more. The deep end saltwater pool was outstanding, as were the gardens and views. The property is surrounded with the best beaches on St John for snorkeling, music, little stores and food. Close enough to Cruz and Trunk Bays for excursions, and quiet upon our return. We always choose accommodations in Coral Bay-this was by far our favorite.

Someday Isle be back!

We had an amazing stay at Someday Isle the week of new year 2025! The house was perfect for our family of six. It was comfortable, well equipped, and the ownerā€™s artistic touches were lovely. The most amazing thing was the view over Coral Bay and the BVIs from the upper deck. The view was spectacular day and night. We dined out on the deck many meals and enjoyed relaxing in the pool area below. The entire grounds are beautiful. There was nice space in which to spend time together as a family but also great private spaces for sleeping; the gentle breezes made sleeping so nice. Coral Bay is quieter than the west end of the island but itā€™s but close to beaches, hikes, and some great food. We enjoyed music and a tasty dinner Miss Lucyā€™s. It was fun passing the donkeys and goats on the way up to the house. Parking at the house was great. Weā€™d love to return to Someday Isle!! We appreciate you hosting us, Pam!

Amazing Week in Paradise

My husband, 2 friends and I had a great week. Every day was a different swimming / snorkeling spot. The villa was perfect -- rhe kitchen had everything, the deck had amazing views and the pool was a lovely landing spot after a day of activity. There were even chaies, floats and coolers for the perfect beach day.

Fabulous view

We stayed for 1 week in early July 2024. We were lucky to be able to go - hurricane Beryl went just to the south and missed St John fortunately. The house is actually a main house and a 1 BR cottage just down the hill. Pam the owner is great in terms of communication and a great advocate of the island in general. View of Coral Bay is spectacular, and pool area is gorgeous, and the water temperature very refreshing. They do not have central A/C so plan accordingly - the property is fairly elevated and wind blows though there consistently, but it is very humid and a couple of nights were warm even with fans going. The drive up and down to/from the property was a daily adventure - the road is extremely steep and narrow in places!

Amazing!!

My husband and I stayed at Someday Isle with our 2 adult children and their partners. The accommodations were great and we loved how each couple had their own spaces for privacy but that we could all gather together as well by the pool or on the beautiful large balcony. The main house is spacious, equipped with everything you need and is well kept. The gardens and the views are so beautiful you could spend an entire day at the house and be satisfied. We had interactions with wildlife on the grounds with lizards, birds grasshoppers & hermit crabs. Pam and team were very responsive and great to deal with. We absolutely recommend renting this beautiful property and canā€™t wait to get back to St. John again soon!

This is a beautiful house with an amazing view of Coral Bay. Itā€™s perfect for 3 couples. The gardens are gorgeous. The views from anywhere on the property are breathtaking! We spent many hours enjoying the view from the deck or poolside. Itā€™s a great place to be if you enjoy nature. We already miss the sunrises, birds, and all the wildlife on the island. Easy ride to most beaches as well. We hope to go back someday.

Gorgeous Home with a Spectacular View

Our group of friends had a wonderful stay at Someday Isle. Each couple and a friend had our own separate spaces, and we thorougly enjoyed spending time together in the communal areas. We cooked most of our meals at the home and the kitchen was so well appointed. The attention to detail was exceptional and everything we needed was provided for. We absolutely loved the private pool with an amazing view. The views off of the main deck were sublime and unparalled (and we saw a shooting star)! Other highlights included the many hermit crabs on the property, and falling asleep to the sound of tree frogs. Pam and the property managers were all very responsive and helpful. Coral Bay is the quieter side of the island, about 25 mins from Cruz Bay, so we would definitely suggest renting a Jeep to be able to explore. We would absolutely stay at this property again!

Christmas Get away

Great family property! Took adult children on Christmas trip and everyone had their own space. The property is very private and beautiful we enjoyed the outdoor pool and gardens.

Someday Isle is Perfect

The location, the view, the amenities, itā€™s all wonderful. Be ready for island life which is mostly good but does require conserving water and driving up and down steep hills! We loved the view of Coral Bay and being able to watch the boats and Limeout come to life each morning. Come here if you can and youā€™ll never want to leave.

Pam and Dave Lach have been coming to St. John for over 15 years. Their son discovered the island when on a graduation trip and fell in love. Within a year, they visited the island and also fell in love.The family enjoyed the sunshine, cool breezes, breath-taking views everywhere, as well the flowers, wildlife (especially the night sounds) and great attitudes of all the people. We started shopping almost immediately but it took us 4 years and many trips to find Someday Isle.

Someday Isle has a special Caribbean charm. The views from around the property are mesmerizing. The villa is tastefully decorated and well maintained. The property has an excellent track record and testimonials of delighting our guests.

Although, we were not on the island for the hurricane, we have spent the much of the past 11 months going back and forth to repair any hurricane damage and take this opportunity to upgrade the property. Our love for our home and the island is evident the moment you step through the gate.

We have now celebrated 10 years of home ownership. Someday Isle is our home away from home and we hope you will feel that way when you visit. Coral Bay is a great community and at the heart of Love City.

Ernest Hemingway once said, ā€œEvery man's life ends the same way. It is only the details of how he lived that distinguish one man from another.ā€

During our first trip to St. John, USVI we fell in love with the island. And like Ernest Hemingway, we knew what the island had to offer was unique and we wanted those details in how we lived our life.

After several trips where we rented villas, and sailed the BVIā€™s, we simply had a yearning for more. More beautiful white beaches, more eco-hikes, more excellent snorkeling and swimming, more quality time as we grow young together.

St. John quickly became the destination that our family wanted to visit again and again. The island offered something unique for each of us and after every trip our satisfaction compelled us to look for a home.

After an exhaustive search, we found and fell in love with Someday Isle. We selected Someday Isle for many reasons including the magnificent views, it's spiritual zen environment and the cooling trade winds. Whether it is just the two of us or our extended family and friends, the villa layout at Someday Isle creates a relaxing and enjoyable experience. One of our favorite times is when we share an evening meal on the upper patio and laugh our hearts out when we play some games.

Our preference was always to be on the Coral Bay side of the island because of it's casual feel and friendly community. Location was also key and Someday Isle provides easy and convenient access to so many great beaches and restaurants.

St. John is small but has so much to offer. There is no way you can experience it all in one trip. It is a tropical paradise that after just one visit can easily become part of your psyche and spirit and you will be yearning to come back again and again.

We think Someday Isle has a perfect blend of quiet Coral Bay serenity and classic island style and charm. It's architectural design and decorator's touch adds to your comfort. With natural wood beamed ceilings and creative artistic touches in the showers and upper deck, it is more than a place to set your head at night. The villa will become part of your experience. Someday Isle has a big villa feel in a cozy, yet expandable footprint. The gardens which are framed with island stone walls include banana trees, palms, orchids, bougainvillea, bromeliads, ferns, and much more. They create a perfect feeding ground for the many hummingbirds and sugar birds that visit throughout the day. Regardless of which month you visit there is always something in bloom in the garden.
