Freshly painted Beachfront 2 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom condo located in Beach Manor at Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort in Miramar Beach / Sandestin - great for your family or a fun weekend with friends! Very beachy and fun with lots of personality! The highlight of our beautiful condo is the balcony overlooking the incredible Four Mile Village, where you will be in awe of the incredible sunsets and beautiful Gulf of Mexico! There are two comfortable barstools that allow for a beautiful view! Full kitchen and updated master and guest bathrooms! Relax on the beach, on the beautiful balcony or at two resort pools! Blue Dunes Grille and Tiki Bar located on the property! There is great food and dancing at The Ocean Club at front of the resort. The property is located east of the Silver Sands Outlet Mall - very close to all the shops. The master has a king size bed with TV and DVD player. The guest bedroom has two twin beds with a TV / DVD! New 55" HD TV in the den with Cox Cable and free WiFi! Relax on the beautiful white sand or enjoy shopping and restaurants nearby - Tops'l is in the heart of Miramar Beach between Sandestin and 30A. Baytowne Wharf is just across the street with great restaurants and shopping! If you prefer to stay in rather than dine out, there is a full kitchen with granite countertops for you to whip up a fresh seafood meal at the end of your day at the beach!! Enjoy dinner al fresco on the beautiful balcony with views of the beautiful white sand and ocean and a view of the preserve and Four Mile Village. There is an awesome breakfast bar as well as a dining area to have the whole family over!! Tops'l has beautiful beachfront pools, a tiki bar and Blue Dunes Grille to dine poolside, a fitness center, and many other wonderful amenities! An amenities card is not included, however, a small fitness center is available for use by Beach Manor tenants and a beautifully manicured walking trail! This unit is family owned, updated, clean and well loved - it is our goal to provide you with the best beach vacation!! Great for the price

Check-in was a little delayed because the people at the gate did not have record of our booking. We did book just a few nights prior to arrival…Like others have stated, place could’ve been cleaner, dirty pots/pans in cabinet, and furniture is really worn down. Communication was great.

Great experience!

Communication with the owner was fantastic! We received all needed information in a timely manner, plus very quick responses to our messages. Additionally the AC had a part break on it while we were there and she has someone out immediately to look at it and fix it. Absolutely fantastic customer service! In general, we love the Tops’l resort and all it has to offer!

Loved it!

Such a great location! The kids loved the indoor hot tub and us adults loved the convenience of having a restaurant on the beach and others nearby! Owners were super nice and very responsive! Hope to stay here again next year!

Tops’l tops it!

We had a lovely holiday in Miramar beach. We stayed in the beach manor condo 505 which was very well located regarding the beach. Beach was so nice so we didn’t really go to the pools much! Fantastic location!

Excellent Property and Location

We loved our stay at the condo and it was so much larger than we anticipated. Upgraded and very comfortable. Pools were awesome at the building and the beach was so close. The view is better than the pictures show!

A nice place

We had a wonderful time. The condo is nice, clean, and comfortable. The view is very nice as well. We love that beach walk down to the dunes. Very peaceful. We come back every year. The owner was very attentive through the whole process. We would stay there again.

Fantastic Time!

We stayed here for a week and had a fantastic time. Wish we could stay longer. The unit was lovely, clean, nicely decorated, and everything worked. The owner is very friendly and a pleasure to work with and was easily reachable if we had questions. The beach and tennis at Tops'l are the stuff of dreams! We had a wonderful vacation and hope to be back soon.

Great Condo

Everything was as listed and beyond!! The view from the balcony was great, nice sunrise!! We were taken back by how beautiful the ocean was and the squeaky white sand. The beach was our first stop everyday and then we eventually gravitated to the pool. The food was great at the pool and one less meal to prepare or go out for. We highly recommend. Our 8, 9 and 11 year old grandchildren didn't want to leave.

Simply Stunning

After a mishap with our family condo, we were able to book this Beach Manor condo VERY last minute. The owners were exceptionally polite and easy to work with. The condo itself is beautifully decorated and well equipped for a family with young children... ocean view is unmatched. Tops'l has great amenities including wonderful (heated) pools, poolside bar and restaurant, and activities for the kids. The beach... WOW! Pristine! The location is in close proximity to great dining and shopping at Baytowne Wharf and Premium Outlets. If we are ever in need of a different place to stay, we will certainly be back!

Enjoyable stay

We definitely enjoyed our week! I’m going to nit pick, because that’s my nature, and we’ve stayed at another, more expensive unit at Tops’l beach manor. The condo was clean and relatively comfortable. I wouldn’t recommend counting on the sleeper sofa to comfortably sleep anyone but the lightest kids. The beds were comfortable with the mattress toppers helping out in this regard. The kitchen was well stocked. The appliances were all nice, including the washer/drier. For anyone looking to cook, the large knives were not very sharp. The outside balcony view was not as great as what those at the front of the building enjoy, and the balcony is a bit small. The biggest benefit of staying at Tops’l is the fact that you are next to a nature preserve, and only have major development on on side, so the beach is less crowded to one side. My kids enjoyed seeing the deer, and having multiple pools to choose from.

Miramar Beach

Property was just OK. Dated, furniture is worn, whole condo needs updating. BUT most of all needs much better housekeeping. Walking around in socks or bottom of shoes resulted in black/dirty bottom of socks and shoes. Went to cook and the skillet in the cabinet was dirty with what appeared to be cooked eggs. The washer was full of laundry soap in the middle, not cleaned. And the part of the update needed, the kitchen faucet was so stiff we couldn't get hot water. When we contacted the owner, she was very responsive to the hot water issue, turned out the handle was so stiff we didn't pull it hard enough and turn it to hot water could run. She also apologized for the dirty washer and dirty skillet. We will not stay there again. We have been staying on this property for a number of years and never rented a property this run down and in desperate need of better housekeeping. There was not even a broom onsite so we could sweep.

Good. Could be better

I rarely write reviews on anything but want to this time. First the owner is top notch in my opinion. Good communication, friendly and willing to do whatever it takes to satisfy customer. The location of the unit is good and easily accessible to the beach. Unit was clean had everything that a person really would want or need except for one thing that is absolutely crucial for a good vacation; comfortable beds! The bed is the master bedroom was so uncomfortable that neither my wife or I got a good night’s sleep the whole time. So lumpy. And the plastic cover underneath made noise every time a person would move. Which was a lot because we were searching for a comfortable spot. The beds in the other bedroom are very short and uncomfortable. They obviously are not meant for anyone over 5 feet tall. We had our 26 and 15 year old sons with us and they really complained about the beds. These are beds for children I do believe. So that is my only complaint but an important one. With the money being spent renting the unit I feel the beds need to be upgraded. Other than that, really great time had by my family.

A Great Vacation Destination and Location

This is our second time renting out this particular condo. The first time, in July 2013, the weather did not cooperate and we were rained-out four days out of the seven. I told my family that this was a very, very rare occurrence. Forward to June 2015, as expected, we were back in business with beautiful Destin weather and sunshine. Without question, it was (and always is) a wonderful, relaxing, and fun vacation! I have been coming to Destin since 1985 when I was in High School. My parents heard about Destin through some friends and decided to make it our vacation spot in the Summer of 1985. We made it our family vacation for 10 years in a row (not at this location). Now, my family is vacationing here ... although not every year ... yet. Our children (16, 14, 12) love it. They love everything about the location, the beach, and the ocean (especially when the waves are a little bigger!!). As parents, we love the convenience of the location and amenities. This time around, we really enjoyed the kitchen remodel and bathroom updates as well as the new furniture. Very well done and certainly appreciated. The condo itself is very reasonably priced given it's location and well appointed. With that said, here are some things that we have noted that could use some improvement: 1. The tile floors of the condo were quite dirty. Not sure how often they are cleaned, but a good mopping or steam clean would go a long, long way; 2. There is an odd sour / musty smell that comes out of the vent behind the kitchen counter when the air conditioner is turned on. We were thinking maybe the filter needed to be changed but were not sure if the air conditioner is in the condo itself or if it's provided by the building; 3. The bath tub drain in the master bedroom is very, very slow draining. It needs to be looked at by a plumber. This happened to us in 2013; 4. The wireless connection is very weak. A possible upgrade in hardware and speed could possibly help this. I don't think people would mind paying a little extra in their rental fee for this. Of course, this is not why you go on vacation, but is nice to have when everyone is back in the condo for the evening; 5. An upgrade with the cable box so that High Definition channels can be viewed would be greatly appreciated. Again, I don't think vacationers would mind paying a little extra for this in their rental fees. A large screen TV will only make non-HD channels look worse.

Overall we were pleased with the stay.

There were a few things that needed fixing. The dresser drawers were broken in the master bedroom and the towel rack in the main bathroom was broken. The floor in the main living room and dining room area were not clean. But it was a nice place overall to stay. We would come back.

I have been vacationing in Destin for over 35 years and there are no beaches more beautiful than the Gulf! I love the Miramar Beach / Sandestin area because you never have to leave the property - there is shopping, dining, spas, and beautiful beaches all on the property. I love the beach view and the view of the preserve from our condo!
