The open floor plan overlooking the water is inviting for entertaining throughout the living room, kitchen, dining room and with tall floor to ceiling windows. The sliding doors off the living room and door of the master bedroom allows access to the balcony. In the morning, cherish an a’ la carte breakfast and then stroll across the footbridge to the beach to admire the miles of crystal-clear waters and absorb a free dose of Vitamin D! If you get tired of building sandcastles, enjoy all the resort activities from swimming pools, shuffleboard, basketball, and the fitness center while being able to walk to restaurants within the resort.



Living room features a large flat screen TV with a queen sleeper sofa and with (3) chairs, where you can catch a glimpse of dolphins playing along the coastline, snuggle up with some popcorn to enjoy movies, play games or simply kick back and enjoy the views.



Dining room table offers seating for (4) with counter seating for (2). Feel free to dine alfresco on the balcony at the table for (2). The kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances; refrigerator, stovetop, oven, microwave & dishwasher. Community grills are in the courtyard by the pool. If cooking isn’t your game, the Blue Dunes Grill located poolside on the ground level of Beach Manor at the Tops'l Resort Pool, offers a full-service restaurant and bar (open seasonally).



Master Bedroom offers gorgeous views with a king bed and plush Stearns and Foster mattress, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, closet and ensuite bathroom with dual vanities and step-in shower/tub combo. The Guest Master Bedroom also has a king bed with plush Stearns & Foster mattress, an adjoining Jack-n-Jill bathroom that can be private from the common area. The bedroom has a flat screen TV, ceiling fan & closet. Additional sleeping accommodations is available on the Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living room.



Laundry area with full size washer & dryer located off the kitchen.



Upon arrival, you’ll check-in at the guard house/guest registration to pick-up your (2) parking passes, (please not vehicle height restriction is 6'5"), proceed through the guard house to the parking garage where bell carts will be provided with access to the elevator. The residence has a keyless entry lock to assist in practicing social distancing and allowing you to enjoy your vacation without the stress of losing your keys.



Enjoy the beach, swim at the pools, soak in the hot tubs, enjoy the sauna with the luxury of relaxing to the sounds of the waves in the background. No need to get hangry .... enjoy the convenience of ordering lunch and drinks at the beachside Tiki Bar & Grill. For the active enthusiasts, take out the kayaks & paddle boards or take a walk, hike or bike ride along the natural reserve trails that are easily accessed from the resort.

• Age Requirements - You MUST be 25 years or older to book this property & must be staying in the condo for the duration of the reservation.

• Cleaning - Our cleaning company is following & practicing the CDC Cleaning Guidelines, VRHK (Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals) & VRMA (Vacation Rentals Management Assoc.) Guidelines.

• “Xplorie Free Fun” iTrip Vacations invites you to enjoy up to 5 Activities per Day! One Daily Pass will be provided per activity, each day for the following:
