This condo located on the 13th floor is fantastic in every way, two-bedroom & two-bathroom condo professionally decorated with an emphasis on relaxation. Take in the sunset from your spacious 400 sqft. private balcony overlooking the Gulf's emerald coastline, white sand beaches and a fantastic view of the Destin skyline, you have found your place of solace.

If being directly on the beach for sun and relaxation isn't enough, there are numerous amenities on the property including 2 gorgeous swimming pools, free WIFI internet service, 6 pickle ball courts, putt-putt golf, basketball, shuffleboard, and community outdoor gas grills. Blue Dunes Bar & Grill is located adjacent to the lower swimming pool, serving lunch, cocktails and early dinner, seasonal hours apply, accepts credit/debit cards only, no cash.

With a short drive you can spend the afternoon shopping or take in a movie at AMC Classic at Grand Blvd(1 mile), Silver Sands Outlet Mall (1 Mile) or the shops of Destin Commons (5 miles) where you will find many notable and unique stores for kids and adults alike.

Baytown Wharf and Marina is a great place to visit as well, very unique and family oriented with shops, great restaurants and tons of entertainment for the kids including a zip line across the lake, rock climbing, rope course, trampolines and many more activities.

Feeling adventurous? Book a private fishing charter and reel in the catch of the day at Destin Harbor, a few miles down the road. Or take a day trip to the National Naval Aviation Museum, you may get lucky and see the Blue Angels having a practice run!

If you are keen on great food, there are excellent restaurants to choose from with a short drive or Uber. If you are more inclined to cook in, you have grocery and local seafood markets close by. The condo is equipped with a full kitchen, stainless appliances and granite countertops with a breakfast bar and dining area in the adjoining room that will seat 10.

Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort is an easy drive from anywhere in the Southeast United States, if you prefer to travel by air you will find Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) approximately 45 miles to the east, or Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS) approximately 45 miles to the west. There is also Destin Executive Airport (DTS) for general aviation less than 10 miles away.

No canopies or tents are allowed on Tops'l Beach, beach chairs and umbrella service is available through vendor on-site.

Pets of any kind are not allowed in condo or on Tides property.
