Live the true Hawaiian experience of peace, beauty and relaxation. Sleep with the gentle sound of the ocean and cool breeze. This ocean bluff condo offers it all! Why go to Kauai and not stay on the ocean? Sleeps 8 in private locked rooms.
Rated a green resort.
Two levels for privacy. Enter on the 2nd level. Full remodeled kitchen with ocean views, lanai for whale watching, living and dining room. 2 bathrooms on the upper level; one ensuite. Remodeled walk-in shower in Master bath. Queen size bedroom/ bathroom ensuite and separate lanai with full kitchen on lower level with separate entrance. Lower-level boasts ocean front master king suite with private access both inside and out. Third bedroom is also ocean front with 2 twin beds. Full bathroom is shared in hall. Walk in shower and full bath ensuite. Each bedroom has televisions and access to Netflix, etc. Ocean Bluff location for the beauty and sound of the water. Ocean views. Full size laundry appliances.

Amenities include: Pools, 2 Jacuzzis, kids playground, newly resurfaced professional tennis courts, basketball court, Pickle Ball, BBQ areas, bicycles, ocean frontage, pitch and putt golf. Concierge onsite to book all of your vacation needs. Onsite food trucks and meet and greet Mai Tai bar.
Truly a 5 star resort.

WiFi, 4 color cable TV's, 3 DVD players and quiet overhead fans in all rooms. There are children's swim gear available including life vests, noodles, snorkeling gear, skim board, and sand castle toys. An owners closet holds beach chairs and ice chests for your enjoyment.

Beautiful Hawaiian silk arrangements will greet you, wonderful wall hangings, upgraded furniture, as well as top of the line beds/bedding and toweling for your enjoyment. This non-smoking unit is just as affordable for one person as for 8 persons.

Enjoy whale watching from your ocean side lanais, you will enjoy views as far as your eyes can see and sunsets that are unbelievable until seen. The condominium is "5 star!".

Place was nice. No air conditioning. I would not recommend for hot months. We were not able to wash clothes the washing machines leaked water all over the floor.

The property was in such a beautiful spot with amazing views. Everything was included as advertised by Tamara. She was very responsive with questions. Very convenient having four full bathrooms along with four full bedrooms. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a fabulous vacation, the condo was perfect for us. Very spacious, airy clean and comfortable. Perfect location , the kids loved the pool. Kitchen well equipped; also plenty of beach chairs etc. We would definitely return

Great location

Property us beautiful. Whether u decide to go down to south shore or stay north, there are things to do, places to eat. Property has foud trucks, breakfast and dinner some days. Waking up to the ocean was amazing. Onky reason i gave this 4 star, black ants invaded the kitchen despite spray by staff. The dryer stopped working but clitges dry fast if u hang. There is no AC, but fans work well. It gets full do u may have to park a little way from ur unit. Bbq units on Property which was great. Reception staff was very friendly and helpful. There are some activities offered at Rec too.

This was a trip with our two youngest (18 and 20) and my wife’s mother (77). The condo was very spacious and extremely well equipped for all our needs, including the kitchen, bathrooms, and beach activities. The resort location has a great pool area, small pop up market, and food trucks. We were very comfortable.The view from the lanai is the highlight, allowing us to watch sunsets while eating dinner.

Beautiful Kauai

5 friends, all ladies, loved the location overlooking the beach and ocean. Whale watched each morning from the cliffs. Plenty of room, nicely furnished.

Amazing views!

From the moment we walked in we knew we found the perfect place! The unit was clean & super comfortable! Whale watching from the patio was cool. It was exactly what the description says. Tamara was very helpful prior to our stay. We will definitely recommend staying here!

Family Vacation in Paradise

This condo was perfect for our stay. The separate bachelor unit attached to the main condo, was ideal for my daughter, her husband and my 3 year old grandson giving them their own space. The floors and walls of the whole unit were sound proof which allowed us all to sleep without being disturbed by a family member getting up earlier or staying up later than the rest of us. The condo has EVERYTHING you need. The views were stunning. We saw a whale and dolphins from the lanai and the beautiful sunsets. The resort is wonderful with tons of activities which was a bonus we were not expecting. It is located right in Princeville with easy access to a grocery store as well as the farmers market every Sat morning. We were a family of 7 adults and a 3 year old, and we had tons of room. Tamara was quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely book again in the future. Thank you for such a memorable stay!

Island paradise

The property was beautiful, the views exquisite, the location and the island… heaven! We had beautiful sunrise and sunset views, whale sightings, turtles just down the cliffs, lovely occasional rains that would just be a few minutes and then back to sun, places to explore and the equipment we needed at the condo to maximize the enjoyment of those explorations. We loved it and can’t wait to come back to the beautiful island paradise!

On the Cliffs

It was a very enjoyable stay and the view did not disappoint! Seen a rainbow on our first day and watched whales almost every day! Tamara was very quick to response to any questions and great to work with.

Amazing views with plenty of space

Tamara is amazing and so accommodating. We had plenty of space for the 10 of us and each morning drank coffee to the amazing views. The unit has everything you need including beach gear. We were very comfortable and had a blast. We will be back.

Enjoyed our stay at this property. The views were amazing! The property was nicely landscaped and clean. For a good sized complex it was very quiet during the day and evening. There were seven of us staying there and we had plenty of room.

Perfect!

This rental in Princeville was amazing! I was there for my 50th birthday with two friends and two cousins. There was more than enough room for five ladies to be extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well provisioned as was the whole home. There are so many items in the gear closet that you could not ask for more. Additionally, the view was amazing. I hope to stay at this rental again on my next visit to Kauai. Lastly, communication with the host was excellent!

Fantastic location

This condo was a fabulous location to stay on the island. The ocean views out the back decks were amazing. The condo was equipped with everything we needed. The only thing is the mattresses in both king bedrooms are very hard, so if you prefer a softer mattress, this place may not be for you. Overall a great place to stay.

We love sitting on the lanai and watching the whales jump and the beautiful sunsets. Our condo is a premium location which is in building 9 which is ocean bluff frontagae. This allows you privacy and a continuous ocean view.

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

We fell in love with the simplicity and beauty of the island. The Cliffs is the only resort with the most acreage per unit which means you aren't squished in an apartment like building while on a beautiful island. Our unit is located in an amazing setting, with nothing between you and the ocean except a well manicured lawn. We love watching the whales from the lanai. Our favorite trips are bicycling around the neighborhoods to spot the Albatross having their babies, and of course going to the ocean for paddle boarding and swimming. The Cliffs have first class remodeled pools and spas and offer the luxury of doing everything or very little. Tennis, bicycling, Monday night free Mai Tais, Tuesday is the Taco Truck night, Wednesday offers local island grinds, Thursday is wine and beer with Hawaiian entertainment.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

All the beaches are open to the public and the restaurants are amazing. One of our favorite restaurants is the Hanalei Gourmet which is 10 minutes down the road in Hanalei. We love to go to the farmers market to buy fresh vegetables and then to the fish market at the Dolphin Restaurant.
