My name is Lois Webb, I have remodeled this home for people who are in great need of a home while they are in a health emergency situation and need a place to stay, where they can find peace, comfort, stability. A place to work on the internet or relax. I have owned this home for several years and it needed to be upgraded. As I was making the necessary improvements, I remembered when my child was in critical care in Phoenix. My husband and I took turns with our other children here, and one of us stayed at the hospital for a month. We needed a place like this!
I have furnished it completely. I am NOT planning on it as a Vacation for fun home, but a home for rest from the stress of high trauma, doctors, treatment's, etc. No one who is contagious will be staying at this home. I met a man who had been badly burned and flown to our burn center. All he had, was burned and he knew no one. He needed to stay for 3 weeks after the ICU, so he could have his skin healed and grafted. He needed a place like this for those 3 weeks. I have met others who are here from out of our area for a healing center for non-contagious illnesses, who are here for a month at a tine. They need a home like this. Many of these people are highly allergic to pets.
So sorry, NO PETS will be able to stay here for them! My heart has been led to open this home to people in like-situations.
All the windows are replaced, new carpet is in, all of the house has been repainted. All the rooms have a private coded door lock. Each room has a personal fridge, cupboards, and covered garage. In each room there is a smart TV, internet, and a new queen bed. All bedding is supplied. All Shampoo, conditioners and soaps are supplied. There is a new washer and dryer with laundry soap supplied. The kitchen is supplied with crock pots, coffee maker, pots and pans, dishes, spices, etc. You bring your food! There is a small library for your enjoyment. May the Lord bless you!

This is NOT a FUN Vacation home. This home is a home for Healing!
I envision this home as a place where all who come here are respected and treated with love and kindness. Each person here would need to clean up after themselves, before they leave an area, and keep the home clean. A cleaner will come daily for the general cleaning, laundry, and vacuuming. (Except, not on Sunday.)
Sometimes, in difficult situations, just knowing someone is there, is really nice. Being able to sleep when you desperately need the sleep is so important. If you know someone is home in their room, please keep your TV at 18 or under, or go to the other floor to talk.
Children are not encouraged to come. If your situation is a long one and a short visit from your children is needed, they would need to respect the others in the home. The owner's permission would be needed. They would need to sleep in their parent's room, not out on the couch. If they are feeling noisy, please take them somewhere to play.
