Great house and location

We had a great stay at this amazing home. It is just as nice as the pictures and was very clean. The lake is easily accessible with a good restaurant in walking distance. We rented a pontoon boat from the suggested boat rental and had a great time. We will excitedly book here again.

Great House

A great place to stay! We were in the area for some college lacrosse games and the Boat Launch Bungalow was perfect for our needs.Located very close to Lake Greenwood with a very nice lake front restaurant a short walk away.Communication was great! The house was immaculate and nicely furnished.

Perfect

Basically slept here as me and 2 of my crew were in town to do a cabinet job. Very clean, comfortable and well appointed. Everything we needed for a a good sleep, shower and relaxing. Very close to Break on the Lake for eating! This is a new, beautifully decorated home. Beds are very soft so keep that in mind if you prefer a firmer mattress. This was a perfect setup for what we needed and would most definitely stay here again if needed.

If you need a place to relax in peace....

This was the first time we stayed at this cottage in Greenwood and could not ask for a better place to vacation. The attention to detail in the design choice of the furniture was perfect for a comfortable "feels like home" stay.You literally only need to bring your food and clothes. The host had a kitchen complete with all of the kitchen utensils and cleaning supplies. Toiletries were also available!Take advantage of the guest guide book in the cottage. There were great tips for touring and eating around Greenwood. This was so helpful for us.I think the best part of our stay was being able to sit out on the back, covered, porch for breakfast and dinner. We truly appreciated being able to bring our pups with us as it made our little vacation even more enjoyable.Everything was absolutely perfect.Wishing you well.

Home away from home

Stayed while our home was being repaired after the Hurricane. Was very comfortable and convenient for us to stay on top of the repair process. Host was great to communicate with. . Would recommend this place to friends and family.

Perfect Property

Our family stayed here for our daughter's graduation from Lander University. It was a perfect place to relax and enjoy the occasion for myself, my wife, my son and the graduate's grandparents. The home is extremely clean, in a perfect location, and exactly as advertised on the listing. We would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a stay on Lake Greenwood or in the Greenwood, SC area.

Great Stay at Boat Launch Bungalow!

We stayed at Boat Launch Bungalow during Family Weekend at our son’s college. My husband and I brought our two teenage sons and our college son stayed with us as well. We had plenty of room for everyone! The location was convenient to his school and we loved the cottage. It is very clean and exactly as pictured. We were originally scheduled to stay during Hurricane Helene and our host was extremely responsive and easy to work with on rescheduling our stay. I highly recommend Boat Launch Bungalow!

Greenwood Lake House

Great location! The house had everything you need for cooking and having fun on the lake. It’s was beautiful inside and I felt right at home. Great place to stay for visiting family nearby or college student.

Labor Day Weekend Stay

We used to own a place on Lake Greenwood and sold it several years back. Love Lake Greenwood and was looking for a nice long relaxing weekend. Very clean house that was well stocked. Brought our boat and enjoyed everything that's located around the cottages. Would definitely stay here again!!

Felt like vacationing in an HGTV home.

What a beautiful place and the location for us to get around Greenwood and the boat dock was wonderful. The house truly is as nice and clean as the pictures and the kitchen has nice pots, pans and dishware, they thought of everything. I loved having my morning tea on the screened in porch and watching the boats heading out to fish. Next time we are in Greenwood we hope this place is available.

Comfortable and Inviting

House is clean and inviting. Nice walk to the local restaurant and docks. Not too far from town. Hands down would stay here again. This was our second stay in this property.

Perfect Stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your cottage. It was very clean, comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, TV’s terrific, couches comfy, and will stay again if we are back in Greenwood. The walk to Break at the lake was awesome. Thank you for your hospitality!

Brand new house with great furnishings. Enjoyed the view of the lake from the screened in porch while having my morning coffee. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Home

This was our first VRBO and it did not disappoint. The layout was great. Everything was very clean. Anything someone needs was provided. Just add food, fun, and relaxation. You can walk to the lake where there is a restaurant. The public landing is within walking distance as well if you want to go on a fishing trip. We needed a later checkout and they were very accommodating. It ended up only being 20 minutes or so but it wasn't an issue. We picked it for the location and it had a garage but didn't have access to the garage. Parking is in the street/cul de sac. Not a deal breaker by any means just recommend putting that in the listing. :) I would definitely stay there again if we are in the area.

A Home away from Home

The pictures of property were great, the property though looks even better in person. This was my first experience with Vrbo or anything like this because I typically use my vacation share. This place though… oh my Goodness! What a beautiful and welcoming place the owners have created. Word’s can’t express how pleasantly surprised my family and I with the accommodations. It was clear the owners put in great time, thought, and attention to the details. Thank you, thank you 🙏 🥰. We had everything from comfy beds to beautiful closet space to all kinds of seasonings for food to absolutely beautiful decor and design. I have a fur baby and there was even a bone shaped mat for his water bowl. Let’s just say the owners pretty much thought of everything. Again, my family and I thank you for the magnificent accommodations ❤️.

Wonderful Lake House

We had a wonderful weekend at this lovely brand new house on Lake Greenwood. I was a bit nervous to stay at a house with no prior review but the owners put my mind at ease pre-booking and I am so glad they did. The house is beautiful, the beds are super comfortable and it is obvious the hosts have thought through what guest may need. We had all the basics to make dinner at the house one night and were able to walk to Break on the Lake for dinner the second night. The house is in an ideal location to enjoy the lake or attend an equestrian event at Lander University as we did. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in the area!

Our family loves being at Lake Greenwood and the community here. It's so tranquil, yet you can have all the lake fun you want - soaking in the sun by day and catching up with friends by night at the fire pit. Look for the blue herons, who like to hang by the boat docks!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Location, Location, Location! Our bungalow is steps away from the boat ramp and slips, and while we love cooking, it's so nice to grab a burger at Break on the Lake next door! When we want to fish, we stop at Fish Bonz bait shop on the way out to the dock. KJ's Market is a 5 minutes drive for groceries or supplies. Truly, all you need to bring to our bungalow is yourselves!
