Your SAFETY AND SECURITY are of highest importance to us. Door codes are random computer generated numbers assigned and active at check-in time and deactivate at check-out time.

ACCESS: There is one step to get into the home. There are several steps off the back deck. Unfortunately, the home is not handicap accessible.

LIVING ROOM: This home boasts an open floor plan with amazing lake views that brings families and friends together whether it's to share a meal, watch a movie, or play board games or cards at the end of a night. 65" Smart TV with color LED backlighting, PS3 with assortment of games, and Sonos Move to stream music.

KITCHEN: We have included just about everything we think you'd need. Ninja Coffee Maker, Ninja Blender, George Foreman Grill, Air Fryer, toaster oven, microwave, stove/oven, ice maker (we usually buy a bag on day two), well stocked cooking utensils, pots/pans. If you need something we don't have, we will try to stock it before arrival or ship it during your stay, within reason.

BEDROOMS: We cannot deny these are smaller than the average bedrooms, but to combat that we make up with two high-end Sterns and Foster Mattresses, one NovaForm foam mattress, and high quality sheets/bedding (Costco's Kirkland 670 thread count). We offer the mattress variety due to preference differences. There are no closets due to space conservation, but guests haven't found this inconvenient. Each room has a ceiling fan and recessed lighting. 2 full length mirrors are available. You'll be spending minimal time in the bedrooms with the numerous activities available!

BATHROOMS: 2 Beautiful and bright walk-in showers make getting ready easy. 2 high quality blow dryers are available. Shampoo, Conditioner, and body wash are provided. There's a third shower, located outside that most guests prefer in warmer months.

PORCH/DOCK/GRILL/LAKESIDE YARD: Our covered porch was the reason we purchased this home and it does not disappoint. This outdoor living space affords you the option to lounge with a cup of coffee in the morning or to share dinner as a group while watching the water. It can be hot in the summer months, which we hope the 2 industrial fans help to keep guests comfortable. The fire pit comfortably seats 6 in polywood Adirondack chairs. Firewood is NOT provided. The dock is huge, and is great for relaxing while watching boats drive by or catching local fish. There's an outdoor shower for those warmer months (Apr to Oct), which tends to leave our indoor showers untouched! We do have a 24" Car-Broil gas grill. Propane is provided.

We fully remodeled this home down to studs in 2023 to include all NEW: city water w/ new PEX water lines, HVAC, electric, drainlines, and new engineered septic system, kitchen, baths, appliances, furniture, matresses, and high quality bed and bath linens. We are proud to have focused on energy efficiency without sacrificing creature comforts. As of 2026, we have a brand new concrete driveway.
