Newly Updated Lake Front Family-friendly Getaway on Lake Greenwood

Great outdoor gathering places with awesome views. This beautiful, authentic lake house is perfect for lake front fun. We are located on a point in a big cove right off of the open water. It sits on over 150 feet of water frontage with a dock and has lake views from almost every room in the house. The house is kid friendly with a gentle slope to the water, a swing set and play structure with slide. The adults are not left out of the fun as there is plenty of seating and views of the lake from the three level deck, fire pit and screened porch. There are also perfect spots for both big ones and little ones to swim. The water is shallow enough as you walk in for young children to play and roughly 7 - 8 feet deep at the end of the dock. You are welcome to tie up your boat for the week. The inside of the house features an open floor plan with 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Each of the 3 bedrooms contains a queen size bed and seating area. There is one queen size sleeper sofa in the den. There are also two roll out single sleeper cots in the master bedroom. There is a pack-n-play, a small travel high-chair and toys/games for a variety of ages available for your convenience. We also own the house next door and it is also available on VRBO.
