The Space:
Important information about this listing:
1. Parking on-site. LIMIT to 1 sedan per reservation.
2. The washer and dryer are at the house and free to use.
3. A propane gas grill is available for use.
4. The house is cleaned professionally before your check-in.
5. The exterior and interior of the house are treated for pest control monthly.
6. The HVAC system is serviced quarterly.
7. The County picks up trash on Monday and Thursday and recycled items on Thursday. Please bring the trash cans to the curb so they can be picked up on trash collection day.
8. We provide two rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, bed linens, bath and hand towels, some starter toiletries per bathroom, dish soap, and trash bags.
9. We provide some pots, pans, dinnerware, utensils, and some kitchen utensils and kitchenware.
10. We do not provide salt, pepper, cooking oil, or washer detergent.
11. We reserve the right to access the property without your consent in an emergency. For regular access requests, we will give you a 24-hour notice.

Guests have access to an entire house. No sharing with the host or anyone.

5-30 minutes to local attractions, shops, arts, famous beaches, restaurants, and shows. This town is safe and quiet. It offers the tranquility you seek on your vacation to recharge your energy or is a great place to spend quality time with your friends and family. Please be respectful of our neighborhood because this home is residential.
