The home's unique Feng Shui inspired design creates a natural transition between the functional inside space to nature and outdoor living. Surrounded by lush tranquil gardens and waterfalls defines beauty with its free form, and circular flowing floor plan. It was designed to maximize indoor and outdoor living. The Grand entry of this 5,700 square foot custom home greets you with towering custom doors. Inside is a breathtaking majestic foyer with 14 foot ceilings and an expansive circular hallway. To the left are There are 4 ( king bed), suites, each with it's own private sitting area or view deck.

To the right, you will come upon an array of entertainment rooms. Perfect for family time or socializing.
The spacious chef’s kitchen is the perfect place to prepare delicious meals, or we’re happy to arrange the services of a personal chef. There is a large walk-in pantry, gourmet standard appliances include two ovens, a grill & griddle. In its fully equipped gourmet standard, this kitchen boasts three dishwashers for easy clean up, and warming drawers to keep up to 12 plates warm. This allows plenty of time for guests to get comfortably seated in one of homes three dining areas.
The expansive kitchen also has a round breakfast nook with seating for 8. Three pairs of french doors open to the pool area. There is a spiral stair which leads to an oversized roof deck with a dining area, a fire pit, and some of the finest views in La Jolla! During the summer enjoy the nightly fireworks display over the bay.

Other amenities include a festive formal dining room complete with a butlers pantry for serving.pool and spa d with changeable color LED lighting and cascading waterfalls. There is a custom built fire pit with built-in seating for up to 10 people to warm you up after a night time swim.
An office /meeting room, a media room for entertainment with theatre style seating and surround sound. There are 5 fireplaces, a yoga/ meditation room, large laundry room There are several outdoor patios/decks in addition to the above mentioned oof top deck.
The home boasts a beautiful indoor/outdoor Lanai with stackable pocket doors open to the outdoors. Natural stone stairs cascade into the pool.

Bedroom 1: King size bed, a large flatscreen TV, sitting room, and walk-in closet. There are picture windows out to the garden, and cascading waterfall.

Bedroom 2: En-suite King size bed, bathroom with shower sitting area, and walk-in closet. panoramic, ocean, bay and downtown views.

Bedroom 3: King size bed, En-suite bathroom with shower & tub, flat screen TV outdoor access to a large private deck with a table and seating to enjoy your morning coffee, or share a glass of wine while watching the sun set with ocean view.

Bedroom 4 King size bed, En-suite guest quarters, with kitchenette, bathroom shower, and air bubble spa tub, large closet, sitting area has separate entry option with private patio area, and a deck that cantelevers over the waterfall and pool.
In addition there is another optional bedroom with a queen sized bed.

PLEASE NOTE: This home is located in a quiet family neighborhood so we do insist on guests being respectful of this with a 10pm curfew on noise. Rowdy behavior or any other activity that attracts calls from neighbors to the police will result in immediate termination of rental without return of the security deposit.

Family get-togethers are of course permitted, but events that involve more than these reasons there is a separate event fee.
