• Parking: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles on-site in the garage and driveway. The home is situated on a bustling street, so backing your car onto the road may require some wait time and thoughtfulness, but this is a small trade-off for such a prime location.
• 2 dogs allowed with prior approval and $150 fee per pet.
• Smoking and events/parties are not permitted.
• Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax
• Guest agrees that in outside areas there is no reasonable expectation of privacy and accepts the monitoring of the outside by security cameras. Guest agrees not to tamper with the security cameras.
• As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.
• Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.

We had an amazing stay at this La Jolla Shores home! The views are absolutely stunning, and the house has plenty of space to comfortably accommodate everyone. The location is incredibly convenient—close to the beach, restaurants, and everything La Jolla has to offer. Host Alessandro was fantastic: quick to respond, very helpful, and provided excellent customer service throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again.

Place was gorgeous with unbelievable views. Spacious. Location was fantastic. Management co very easy to work with. Only downside was difficult to get in and out of driveway and loud traffic. Other than that, anmazing experience.

The home itself was very very nice, the views of the ocean stunning! My only complaint was the road the house is on is very close to the house and quite loud. Other then that the value was great!
