Gorgeous Oceanview 2 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom Condo at First Class Waipouli Beachfront Resort & Spa on Beautiful Kauai.

There is Central AC in this condo as well as a full-size washer and dryer for laundry!

This exceptionally, well decorated 2 Bedroom, 3 Bath third floor Condo offers Spectacular Ocean & Swimming Pool Views. This condo is perfect for families and friends traveling together. One of the most gorgeous views of the resort's tropical grounds, the beach and the ocean during the day; and, at night the fire glow of the tiki torches reflecting in the pool and the moon reflecting on the ocean.

This Beautiful Condo features the highest quality furnishings for your comfort by International interior designer Philpott's and Associates.

Enjoy Paradise surrounded by the finest designer furnishings, lush bedding and linens, the ultimate gourmet kitchen with state-of-the-art equipment: The condo features the highest quality modern style furnishings for your comfort. Sub-zero refrigerator for perfection in freshness and wine temperature, Wolf Appliances designed by Chefs with a passion, cabinets made of fine African mahogany, floors are made of 100% natural stone Peruvian travertine.

The Master Bedroom Suite has a king bed, a writing desk, full size dresser and a Master Bath with its own tub for luxurious baths and a separate shower. Three LCD flat panel wall mounted televisions and a large selection of channels plus a DVD player.

The Second Master Bedroom is one of only a few to have two extra-long full-size beds and a master bath of its own, with a soaking tub and a third bathroom with a shower. There is a queen size sofa sleeper to easily accommodate up to 6 people; there is an additional resort fee for having more than 6 guests, max of 8 guests.

Enjoy Oasis on the Beach Restaurant and Spa by the Sea at this Resort!

Everything is within walking distance: pool, beach, ocean and spa. Restaurants and shopping are right across the street. A beach walking path runs right past the resort for miles in both directions - ideal for running or an early sunrise stroll.

Minimum stay is 3 nights; except for Holidays, when there is a minimum stay of 7 nights.

The condo was perfect for our family of 4. The two beds in one of the bedrooms made it great for our teens to have privacy but their own space. The location is perfect to the north shore and the south. We were able to spend time in both places. The condo was very clean and overlooked the pool with an ocean view. We could not have asked for anything better. We will be back.

We had a wonderful stay at Waipouli Resort! The view from the lanai was absolutely beautiful, and any time we were at the condo for a meal, that’s where we chose to eat. It was such a peaceful spot to enjoy our meals unwind after a day of exploring Kauai.The kitchen had everything we needed and was very well stocked. The condo itself was exceptionally clean and comfortable for four adults and one full-size child. The resort amenities were fantastic! The pool area is beautiful, and we spent quite a bit of time relaxing in the hot tubs after our days of exploring different parts of the island. One of our favorite surprises was seeing monk seals on the beach almost every evening!The location is also incredibly convenient. There’s a grocery store and delicious shave ice right across the street, along with plenty of great restaurants nearby. It’s also a great home base for exploring other parts of the island.We truly loved our stay and would highly recommend both Waipouli Resort and this condo. We would absolutely stay here again!

This was a nice place to stay. Family friendly. Clean. Rooms were nice. We enjoyed the pool. It would be great to have better food options while at the pool other than the extremely expensive on site restaurant.

Amazing Spring Break!

Beautiful property. Excellent location

Place is gorgeous. Just a short drive from the airport. Safeway is right across the street too which is a huge plus.

Amazing room, fantastic views!

We’ve stayed at this resort several times, but this was by far the best room we’ve ever had. It’s clean, love that the second room has two beds, and the view is just fantastic! Will be staying here again!!!

Loved this unit

We had a family with grandparents and we had plenty of space and everything we needed. We have stayed at this resort many times and it was lovely and clean as always.

Loved our stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at your beautiful condo. The condo was very clean, well maintained, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The resort is beautiful, everyone is friendly and helpful. We spent every evening enjoying the pools and hot tubs with the kids. We would definitely stay here again!
