Beautiful completely renovated farmhouse with all the modern amenities!

Completely renovated in 2023, this farmhouse features a modern open floorplan, custom kitchen, master bath, and beautiful original staircase. The home will bring you solace as you rest during your visit, with all wood floors and comfortable new furniture. WIFI access, and plenty of room to spread out!

All three bedrooms have queen beds, and common space upstairs also has a queen sized sleeper sofa. 3 full baths, with the master bath containing a modern but classic walk in tiled shower and a double vanity. Upstairs is a tub/shower combo, and in the laundry area is a full bath with a shower.
The kitchen is lined with custom Amish cabinets, a pantry cabinet, a drawer microwave, full size fridge, dishwasher, and oven/stove. A small island with 2 seats and a coffee bar area make the perfect way to start your day.
The living area has a full size couch and loveseat, looking to a large screen tv on top of the fireplace. The home is equipped with Wi Fi, as well as ROKU TV.
Outside there is a large yard for room to move and play, as well as a concrete patio with a fire ring and chairs.

The area is full of adventure, including local museums in nearby towns, as well as the famous Airstream Trailer Facility located in Jackson Center, just a few miles away. We are located just south of Jackson Center, centrally located to Wapakoneta, Sidney, Bellefontaine, and Indian Lake.

We loved our stay at the Farmhouse. It’s a very clean, beautiful place with the necessary amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms. We enjoyed spending time with family while soaking in the views around the property from the front porch and back patio.

The house is beautiful and clean, main area is open and great for a family. The property is great and we were able to park a camper in the drive. The host was easily available if we needed something but everything was just great and we really didn’t have any issues.

Great Farmhouse

It’s a farmhouse but it is all new inside and out. Surrounded by farmland but a quick drive to the cities in that area. Peaceful and quiet with incredible sunsets. House has all the amenities needed.

Outstanding place to stay

Cannot say enough about how excellent our stay was at this property. It was excellent in cleanliness, up-to-date, amenities, and the setting. My husband has built houses and he gave it an A+. We were a party of 6 adults and had plenty of room. Totally enjoyed our stay at this property.

Perfect in Every Way!

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for our three day country concert. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for all of us. Mitch, property owner, is A-1 with every detail we needed. Extremely comfortable, super clean, very well kept. Just excellent and hope to be back soon!

Sprint Racing at Eldora Speedway

We were in town for the Sprint car races at Eldora Speedway. Although, it was a bit of a drive, the house was perfect for our needs. Other than we could have used a few more wash clothes, we had everything we needed. Thank you for making our adventure outstanding!!!

Great property

We had a great trip to Jackson Center for the eclipse. The house was outstanding. Very nice place all completely redone. Great for a family. The yard was beautiful and plenty of room to play ball or go for a walk. Plenty of parking as well. Communication with the owner was excellent. Mitch was very thoughtful and helpful before, during and after the stay. We would definitely recommend staying at this property!

Beautiful home with ample sleeping areas. AC and hot water heater were excellent (there were 8 of us and we never ran out of hot water while showering). Video games and pool are a plus for kids and teens (pool was very clean). Corner lot and neighborhood were great for walking and taking out dogs. The home was very clean and the beds were so comfortable. Quiet neighborhood, but close to everything in Sevierville and a short drive to Gatlinburg. My kids told me that I’ve stepped up my game with this home because it is the nicest we’ve stayed at. Thank you to the owners/host for responding quickly and thoroughly with questions we had and for allowing us to stay at your home.

Beautiful farmhouse

My kids and I are transitioning back to being in the States after living overseas, and Mitch's house was a temporary home for us. The farmhouse is absolutely stunning. The quality of the finishings doesn't even come through in the pictures. Everything is high quality. We loved our stay, and if we ever need a place to stay in JC again, we'll be booking it again.

Easy to find, and easy access getting in after we arrived. It is a pretty place outside. Inside was surprisingly upgraded, and new feeling, even though it was built in 1920.For our group of 5 adults, the arrangement of bedrooms and bathrooms was very good. Us upstairs in one bedroom and our granddaughter in the other. Our good friends had the downstairs bathroom. We sat on the front porch. We washed clothes. We played cards at the kitchen table. It was a comfortable stay, and we enjoyed the house, and we will try to stay there again when we come for events at The Way. The homeowner was helpful, and got right back to us when we called him with questions.

Very Serene Farmmhouse Totally Updated

Our host Mitch was absolutely terrific! I had a few questions before our stay which he answered promptly. We had a small issue with the coffee maker and he brought us a backup in minutes. Unbelievable! We loved the quiet location. We were staying with our two sons and daughters-in-law and the three bedrooms and three full baths were definitely a plus. The recent renovation is all top shelf. Kitchen utensils were complete. Instructions were clear. Will definitely book again if we're in the area
