Beautiful place in the heart of Hopkins village. The locals are amazing. So glad we stayed on this end of the village rather than opting for the resorts. We heard a bit of karaoke on Saturday night, but it was otherwise quiet. The beach smells and sound of the waves inundate the cabin. You really are right on the beach!

We loved spending time on the wrap-around porch. This property is great for active visitors or people wanting to relax near the beach. They try to keep the shore clear but don't plan on playing in the water. It's covered in sargassum. That goes for the whole coastline. The maintenance man was friendly and helpful.

This was a wonderful place to relax after a busy tour through Central America. We loved sitting in the deck chairs and the hammocks relaxing and enjoying the view and listening to the ocean waves. We appreciated Mirko's assistance with scheduling transfers and activities for us. The unit was clean and the beds were comfortable. Communicating with Mirko was easy and he responded in a timely manner.

Perfect cabana for my family of 5, could not be any better of a view. Wonderful veranda for coffee, visiting, laying in the hammock, drinks in the evening or yoga even.

Excellent overall, some nice touches like a cooler, lots of big fans. We will return. Occasionally the neighbours play loud music, but it's part of being in Hopkins. The food in this town is amazing, so much variety and quality!

Great family cabin

Loved the deck with the hammocks. It was really clean and secure. Lots of space with the two bedrooms. Really enjoyed this place!

Great Retreat

This was just as described and what my wife and I were looking for. Hopkins is very laid back, casual, and friendly. When we come back we will stay at the Blue Moon Cabana again.

Wonderful place to stay in amazing hopkins!

Absolutely fantastic place to stay! the cabana is comfortable, clean and lovely! And the town of Hopkins was amazing! So many friendly people, great places to eat, things to do, and the beach is great! I would recommend Bluemoon over and over again! Of all of our adventures in Belize, this was our favorite place!! THanks again for letting us stay at your beautiful home!

Best house in Hopkins!

We love this property so much! Great location, fantastic beach, and a truly wonderful host. This was our third stay on the property and we will absolutely be back again and again. I would leave 10 stars if I could.

Great Place

Our stay at Blue Moon Cabana was great. Hopkins is a nice small town and BMC is right in the middle of it all. Great facilities, great beach and it is managed extremely well. I would recommend a stay at Blue Moon Cabana for the water activities, surrounding hiking activities and for a relaxing vacation. Thanks to all the help Mirko gave us during our stay.

Just as described!

Everything in the listing was completely accurate. Wonderful places to walk to near by. And we even had an incredible bioluminescent tour that was so easy to book with his uncle. Top notch personal experience. Also, check in and out couldn't have been easier.

The best!!

We loved our stay at Blue Moon. Mirko was easy to Communicate with and was quick to respond. We booked our tours and shuttle through him. We loved having the deck to chill out on, and the fresh coconut juice in the fridge for when we arrived. We’d stay here again.

Everything as promised!

Excellent location and very comfortable accommodations. We’d planned on seeing a bit more of the countryside, but it was very hard to pull ourselves away from the beach and hammocks. Our boys were exhausted every night from playing in the water.

Great for our family

The set up of this cabana was great for our family of 4 (2 kids ages 8 & 10). Kitchen was well-stocked (which was nice after starting out in a place with only 4 plates). The porch/balcony was my favorite spot! Vert easy to set up private tours with the property manager. Would stay here again.

Wonderful stay!

We loved the house, the beach and hopkins! Mirko was very helpful and always available when needed. We had to do some booking adjustments and he was always flexible and helpful! We can highly recommend staying at the house! Mirko will take care of you!

3 days in paradise

This cabana offers unobstructed views of the sea along with the sound of waves that can be heard day and night. It is centrally located in Hopkins - walking distance to many excellent places to eat. I highly recommend it if you are looking for a laid back trip to enjoy the local Garifuna culture.

Beautiful kid safe beach right out your front door! Great location, really cool little house, and Mirko can organize anything for you. The only downfall is 4am karaoke from the bar next door, but that only happened on Friday and Saturday, and if I hadn’t been travelling with my children, I might have gone over for a song.

Fun beachfront cabana

This was the perfect place for my wife and I, and our eight-year-old daughter. Located close to some good restaurants, and the beach out front is perfect. Somebody comes regularly to clean the beach and rake the sand to keep everything tidy. Patio is great for hanging out, and the cabana is cozy and inviting. Would definitely come back.
