Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Perfect Getaway

Great location, beautiful views, and the beach service with chairs is a plus. Bed was very comfortable, and condo is nice. Great communication and willingness to help with any questions or issues. We would definitely come back.

Beautiful condo!

Just as pictured spotless and newly renovated . Great space for family and friends. Loved the amenities including 2 loungers and umbrella. Mitch was the best stocked Iā€™ve seen, insta pot, pizza cooker, deep fryer, coffee pot and kurig. Bedding was nice and beds were very comfortable!!ā€™ Would book again!!

We had an extended stay here. The condo was very nice and comfortable. There were a couple of maintenance issues that were quickly cleared up. The balcony and outdoor furniture were much appreciated. One downside: the property management company should not schedule non-emergency maintenance while the unit is occupied.

Not worth the money. Glass on balcony kids almost stepped in, slow draining sinks, constant maintenance noise, broken items in the facility (no cable box), tried to charge for an additional parking pass, and the amenities are terrible. Outdated building that isn't worth the money.

5 Star Balcony

The layout worked perfectly for our group and the balcony set up was a definite 5 Star. The only downfall was having carpeting, especially the living room rug that felt sticky. The parking garage was the strangest layout I have ever seen. All in all we really enjoyed our stay!!

502 in PCB

Our condo had easy access to and from the parking lot and beach. We were give two parking passes but only one reserved spot with the intentions to park in one of the three over flow parking garages. The one across the street had only 5 free spaces. The other garages were over 5 miles away. This was the worst process of the stay. It was very inconvenient and hard to find parking for our second vehicle in our group. When booking it was stated there were designated smoking areas. Turns out it was the sidewalk. The pool was nice. We did not grill or use the hot tub but from our balcony we could see the area for them both with others enjoying them. We utilized only one of our bonus rewards. The free shell island cruise. That was a wonderful day trip but the tickets can be found cheaper on the internet rather than paying for the rest of your party when redeeming the free ticket. For the price of our condo I wish we had a day or two more nights. It was beautiful though and clean. All in all we did have a wonderful vacation and definitely would go back.

Week at Tropic Winds

Our first time in Panama City went there on advice from my neighbors who have rented a condo at Tropic Winds 9 or 10 years in a row. We intentionally picked off season so beaches were not so crowded. Very happy with Tropic Winds and suspect we will be back.

Overall great time.

We really enjoyed the view and the time at beach. It was hard to enjoy movie night due to the tv continuously over heating, but the balcony view and game nights were perfect.

Short family getaway

Beautiful 3 bedroom 3 bath oceanfront condo. Clean and comfortable. Great location, beach chairs and umbrellas out front for rent. Short walk to water sports. Shopping and dining within a few minutes drive.

Nice retreat

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in early October. This property had a great floorplan and view. The kids enjoyed the pool and beach. The adults enjoyed the beach and the view. :)

Lovely Unit. Disappointing maintenance.

Condo had a nice layout. If I were the owners I would be furious with the lack of maintenance o this unit. Black mold in all tubs. Shower curtains moldy. Air filter never changed. All vents were extremely dirty. Refrigerator shelves broken. We went and bought glue and fixed one shelf. Outside chair broken. I had to wash rug in bathroom so nasty. The owners paid good money for this unit so disappointing on how the company overseeing is taking care of it. Property says no smoking, we had cigarette butts coming from above us from people smoking.

Peace and Paradise

I was very very satisfied with the Condo, the space and the cleanliness! The environment is peaceful and spacious. It is positioned right on the beach and the view is breathtaking! I will definitely stay here again and recommend this Condo to anyone looking to stay in Panama City!

Great location - cleaning fell short

We stayed at this unit two years ago and booked it again this time because we love the location, building and beach. The space is well laid out with lots of comfy beds. However, this time the cleanliness fell short along with stock in the kitchen. We arrived at 8 pm to find two beds not made up and pillows in closets with no shams. There was mold in the showers and around the kitchen sink. Dishes were not washed. We had to go buy a frying pan to cook and with only 6 forks in the kitchen we were constantly washing utensils. Hope the owner is told about this so they can fix it.

Easy access to the beach

Everything is great about this condo except the parking situation. If you have a big vehicle, it will be harder to get in and out their parking lot. We love the location of the condo, easy to get around especially easy to go to the beach. Iā€™d recommend it.

Family Vacation

This was a great spot for our family vacation. We were all together but everyone still had their privacy, really loved that all the bedrooms had their own bathroom. Balcony was huge and it was so nice for all of us to be able to sit out there together. Completely what I was expecting. Thank you so much!
