LUXURY, two bedroom, two bathroom Gulf front condo at Tropic Winds!! Imagine your perfect vacation in this gorgeous beach condo with breath-taking, views of the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico and its pristine beaches.

As a bonus, this condo provides free beach chairs each day of your stay! The beach setup includes 2 cushioned chaise loungers and 1 umbrella. The chairs are available Mar 15th to Oct 31st only. For you benefit, FREE wi-fi internet access is provide for your stay.

Tropic Winds #1705, is located on the 17th floor in Tropic Winds condominium resort in the desirable, quiet west-end location at Panama City Beach. Upon entering, you will be taken by the immediate view of the water, the comfortable décor of this beach rental and the open floor plan.

Tropic Winds is located directly on the beach in the most sought after, quiet, peaceful and serene west end. Tropic Winds is only two miles from the incredible new shopping, dining and entertainment venue, Pier Park, it is a 'world away' from the crowds, noise, incredibly dense beach population. There are no other high rise condos next door and this makes a world of difference when heading to the beach.

PARKING: Reserved, exclusive use, parking makes parking a breeze! Two dedicated parking spots come with this condo. The first vehicle is free. An additional vehicle, using the second parking space, is charged a $40 parking fee per the HOA. During Spring Break and Summer, please limit the number of vehicles to no more than two.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Occupancy Limit is no more than 6 guests in unit. You must be age 25 or older to book and you must be present at check-in and throughout the stay. Pets are not allowed and will result in removal from property. This is a NON-SMOKING/VAPING resort, not even on the balcony. If you plan on smoking/vaping during your vacation, please book a different property. Smoking/Vaping can result in removal from property and loss of deposit. Quiet hours are to be abided by, no loud music, no parties, no large gatherings permitted. You must respect your neighbors right to enjoyment of their balcony. Rental Property Manager will require a signed rental agreement, indicating your agreement to the rental terms, conditions, and rules. Rental Manager may require ID for guest verification, local, legal, or building security reasons. The Rental Property Manager is on-site.

Tropic Winds #1705 Details:

* Upgraded kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Also comes with all the comforts of home such as cookware, glassware, pots, pans, baking sheets and much more. Everything you need to cook and serve a meal.
* Dining area seats six comfortably and more seating at the counter with stools
* Living Area opens to the balcony with large wall-like glass window and sliding door. From the living area you can view the direct view of the water and beach. The living area is accommodated with a sleeper sofa, side seating, lighting and ceiling fan. There is also a large flat screen TV and DVD player.
* The master suite is amazing. It opens to the balcony. You can lay in bed and listen to the gentle waves of the water. The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV and beautiful beach décor. The master bedroom opens to the private mater bathroom.
* The guest room is beautifully decorated with and accommodated with two full size beds, bedroom furniture and flat screen TV. There is an entry from the guest room into the second bathroom.
* Laundry room has a stacking washer and dryer.
* The private balcony is among the largest in the area at 286 square feet. The balcony has seating and a dining table for your comfort. You can sit and enjoy your meals or have a cup of morning coffee and listen to the sounds of the beach and view amazing wildlife including dolphins, stingrays, pelicans and much more.

We have always stayed in Gulf Shores but never again. The beaches and the water was wonderful but what made it the best was the condo was perfect and the experience was great. The condo was at the perfect spot not to crowded, nice, and so great to work with.

Beautiful beach side condo

My friend and I took our kids for a week long stay by the ocean and this condo was amazing. Beautiful view, lovely balcony, right on the beach. The condo was just the right size for 4 people. It was very clean with plenty of kitchen supplies and bonus beach toys/chairs. The manager took care of 2 plumbing issues right away. They also communicated well about the checkin and checkout process and the property itself on their website. It is located in a quieter part of PCB (we had to drive everywhere) so as long as you don't want to be in the center of things, this place is for you. Highly recommend.

Great stay on PCB!

Everything was as advertised. Super clean set up, stocked with plenty of your essentials. Location was perfect and views from room were spectacular. Even saw a few dolphins from the balcony!! Was plenty of room for our family of five. Only negative was the pool/hot tub. Both were small and outdated. Pool is ice cold!

Relaxing getaway

Absolutely loved our stay here! The employees on property went above and beyond to help welcome us and helped us with parking and such. Everything was clean and instructions were very clear. We were missing our bracelets and parking pass upon arrival, but we had that rectified within minutes after calling. If back in the area, I will definitely check out Geta’s listings first!

Great home base for PCB stays

Family really enjoyed this unit as a home base for our vacation. Spent our time soaking in the Gulf and the pool as well as hitting PCB attractions. Unit is just as pictured - clean and well-appointed with beautiful views. Location by the elevator may be troubling to some but we barely noticed it. Mattress in main bedroom might be due for a refresh, but it didn't stop me from sleeping. Owner/Riley was very responsive, helpful and friendly.

This condo is clean and furnished with most of the amenities of home. The balcony is spacious and the view is wonderful. We saw dolphins several times and sting rays from out balcony. We absolutely loved out time and will return. The 2 things first timers need to know are, When you arrive, you can pull into the garage by the elevators and unload, even though you park across the street. Also, all your check in information is in your email, so go directly to your condo.

It was a very convenient location. It was very clean and had all the amenities of home. The manager called and spoke with my wife as I was already it transit. He provided his cell number if I needed assistance with anything. I didn't get to enjoy the property as much as I wanted to because my primary visit was for the jazz festival. I did enjoy sitting on the balcony enjoying the early mornings and late evening sounds of the ocean which reminded me of home.I would recommend staying at this location.

Perfect family get a way

Parking is kinda tight. The parking garage is across the street but crossing the street was no issues as there are lights to help you cross. The unit is very convenient located right by the elevators. There were never any issues waiting for the elevator very long. We had issues with our door locking when we arrived the unit manager was very prompt in answering my calls and getting the issue resolved. The beach was uncrowded and on the quiet end of town which we loved! The beds were comfortable and the patio has amazing views. Would recommend!unit is very

Where to start with all of the things to love about this property…. I loved everything about it! The app was wonderful and had very detailed information for anything you needed as well as detailed instructions inside the condo. Customer service is top notch and readily available if needed. The condo itself is gorgeous and updated not to mention tastefully decorated. The large dining table has plenty of room for guests as well as the bar area. Ditto for the comfortable couch and chairs. The beds are very comfortable ( which is a must for me on vacation) and each bathroom is huge with plenty of hot water and strong water pressure. The kitchen has every dish, utensil, etc that you might need. The large balcony has a table with 4 chairs that we ate most meals on and 2 chaise lounge chairs as well. The condo is very clean and well maintained. I wanted to say more but have run out of room. Do not hesitate to stay here. We will definitely be back!

Perfection at Panama City Beach

This unit was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids). The unit was spacious, clean and comfortable with a peaceful beachy feel to it. Loved the keyless entry so you didn’t have to worry about having key cards with you. I had a couple questions before our stay and Greta’s beach rental company was very helpful and responsive. We would certainly stay here again. I wish the condo tower had better beach access (walk through the parking deck to access the beach so you have to keep any eye on kids with oncoming cars) and a better system/space for loading and unloading the car. I was pleasantly surprised that we could never hear any neighbors talking, walking, etc. during our stay. You can occasionally hear balcony doors opening and closing but it wasn’t a problem. The unit was beautifully decorated and the space felt very relaxing. Loved the balcony furniture with a table and 4 chairs as well as 2 lounge chairs. The layout of the condo is great with the laundry room right when you walk in that can serve as a mud room/storage area for beach gear. Overall, loved this unit!

☀️Perfect week in PCB! 🌴🐬

We had the most beautiful week in PCB! This was our first VRBO experience and it was wonderful! The unit was exactly as described and had everything we needed for the week. It truly felt cozy and just like home! Loved being down on the west end, a little less to do but a little more quiet which made for beautiful morning walks. We loved watching the dolphins and stingray from the balcony every day! Unfortunately we didn’t realize until our last day that the “two beach chairs” that come with the unit are actually the chairs that get set up down on the beach each day. Just a misunderstanding on our part but fortunately we had brought our own along anyways. Needless to say, we loved this place and can’t wait to come back!

Loved the beach chairs that came with this rental, very convenient! The pool was too small, but my kids didn't mind. The beach was not overcrowded! The biggest thing I didn't like was you have to park across the street which you have to do for all condos in Panama City Beach. Our provided parking spot was not covered and just didn't enjoy crossing the busy road with kids. Overall the place was very nice.
