720 Sq. Ft, 2 Bed, 1 Bath cottage with HOT TUB amongst the forest located in a private, dirt road, lake community with neighborhood general store/cafe.

There are 2 bedrooms and a pull-out couch in the living room. Cottage sleeps 4-6 comfortably. Could fit 7 total if children. Pack-and-Play with sheets available for use.

Private canoe located at the boat launch area on the opposite side of Robin Hood Lake. *Property does not have lake views.* Beach area is almost a mile walking distance from cottage. Just a 4 minute drive to beach access area. Enjoy walking the neighborhood!

The cottage has everything you need to unplug and enjoy nature with the convenience of close proximity to Appalachian Trail hiking, Olivia's Overlook, Jacob's Ladder Scenic Byway, Jacob's Pillow Dance Festival, historic downtown Lee for shopping/dining, Tanglewood Music Center, downtown Stockbridge and Norman Rockwell Museum all within 30 minutes. Mt. Greylock is 1 hour north.

Cozy living room with pull out couch and oversized chair stocked with various games and books for the whole family to enjoy.

Small kitchen with regular size refrigerator, apartment size stove/oven, microwave, coffee pot, crockpot, blender, toaster, utensils, pots/pans.

Master bedroom at back of house with Queen bed, small desk for any telecommuting and sliding doors leading out to the private patio with hot tub.

Large front bedroom with a twin over full size bunk bed. Bottom bunk is futon bed.

Both bedrooms will be stocked with extra linens, blankets and pillows.

Full bathroom with tub. House stocked with extra towels for hot tub & beach use. No laundry onsite, but laundry bags provided!

Parking in driveway alongside of house can fit 2-3 cars. Lighted entry way and deck area with sitting area on deck. Completely private wooded back yard with firepit, picnic area and outdoor griddle.

2 dogs max. are welcome! Please message host with type of dog/s. Dog bowls, bed, toys, poop bags provided in case you forget!

Sherwood Shoppe, a cafe and country store, is located near the beach/boat launch area (4 min drive) for general merchandise, beer, wine, liquor, dine-in or take-out. Open Tue-Sunday 8AM-7PM. (Kitchen closes at 6 pm)
