The property was very clean and well stocked with plenty of cookware, dishes, bedding, towels and pillows. We had an issue with no water but this was addressed in a timely manner. Communication was very quick and clear. The house is smaller than it appears in pictures. The game room and hot tub are nice bonuses.

The Cozy Cabin created a warm, memorable, and inviting experience. Tucked in the woods of Evergreen, the view and weather were perfect. The game room was a great place to retreat and have fun with friends, and the hot tub was a perfect way to close out the night. Although the kitchen was close quarters, it was well equipped with dishes and cooking utensils. When traveling from out of state, it is nice to have a few spices and condiments to help cut down on unnecessary costs. It was a quick trip into town to experience Evergreen’s live music, shops, and food. The five of us who stayed at this property all had an extremely positive and memorable experience thanks to the Cozy Cabin and the hosts!

We’re glad the kitchen had everything you needed, and we agree that a few pantry basics go a long way when you’re traveling from out of state. It sounds like you got a great taste of Evergreen’s music, shops, and food too. We’d love to host your crew again! — Brandon
