2 Room suite & huge deck with sunset views. Just 7 Minutes walk to Seaside Park

You will have a private suite consisting of a bedroom, a bathroom and a living room with kitchenette. We have bicycles that can be used by guests for cycling in the neighborhood, the greenway and the state park trails, but not on the beach. Our beach equipment, boogie board, gazebo and camping chairs may be used on the beach.

You are also 8 minutes walk away from the Egan's Creek greenway with trails that lead to Fort Clinch State Park and the beaches on the northern end of the island.

Due to zoning, we can only accommodate 1 guest in this suite, even though it is very spacious at 704 square foot. We can only rent it for 30 days or more, but you are of course not obliged to stay the full term.

There is on site parking in the drive way and you have a huge deck with sunset views over the adjacent forest.
