A cozy townhome right near the loop 101 and 202 (both are main highways) which makes it easier to get around town! The home can comfortably fit 6 people (5 adults, and 1 baby or toddler) - there is a pack n play in the second bedroom. The house is a less than a mile walk to Sloan Park in Mesa, and 4-5 miles away from both Mill Ave and Old Town Scottsdale. The house is also 1.5 miles from Tempe Marketplace and Mesa Riverview which has all essential stores.

CHECK OUT BEFORE 11:00 AM.

The neighborhood is overall pretty quiet. Here are some guidelines for your stay:
- NO PARTIES. Please keep the noise levels down past 10:00 pm.
- No smoking inside AT ALL. Smoking on the property is only allowed on either patio in the unit.
- No pets.
- There is a pool and hot tub in the community. If you are going to use it, please be respectful.
- There is one covered parking spot assigned to the unit. There are guest and street parking within the community. Guests may only park in UNCOVERED spots or else you may be towed. You are responsible for your own vehicles.
- There is a grill on the property that you are able to use. We will provide propane for all guests. Please keep it clean!
- There are a Nintendo Switch and board games, as well as lawn Connect 4 and Jenga games for your use!

Perfect!

My daughter and I were in town to visit family and this was the perfect location to entertain. The living room has two couches +2 chairs so we had plenty of room. Have never stayed at a vacation rental that was so well stocked…had everything you could need and more. We felt the location was in a good area and was beautifully maintained. The beds are comfortable, and everything was spotless when we arrived. Emma was flexible with us about our arrival time. We could not have been more pleased.

Clean and comfortable

We liked the apartment. The pool was unusable... far too cold. Some people used the hot tub. Overall, we were comfortable and the apt was clean and well appointed. Thanks Emma.

Couple Getaway

This was a great home base for a short getaway for me and my husband. The unit was very nice and had everything we needed. I would definitely stay again.

Perfect Accommodation

. The location was the first thing that caugnt our attention. It was a five minute walk to the south gate of Sloan Park home of the Chicago Cubs.. it was perfect . Every room in the house was above and beyond what I would’ve normally expected. Emma has thought of everything that somebody might need and made it readily available.. The living area was spacious with plenty of seating and extremely comfortable. The bedrooms had plenty of closet, space, and dresser space with one bedroom having an en suite bath The bathrooms were well stocked with everything you might need and laundry worked well . The kitchen had everything you would want, and several other things that you wouldn’t have thought of .No property I ever stayed at comes even close to what was available to us here The community this was located in was well laid out. It is accessible to two of the major highways. There is a walking path 10 minutes north of the property that connects you to many places, including the Tempe marketplace and the Mesa Riverview. The pool area gets sun every hour of the day that the sun is up with many lounge chairs The hot tub was set at a nice temperature.It was used daily We didn’t ever hear anything from our place and barely saw anyone either . Emma was very good communicating before booking and once we arrived she responded instantly to our questions . She came right over to solve one issue . We will miss our home away from home . Short get-away

The property was clean and inviting. The pool area was great. We used it often. Our host was very easy to deal with and answered any of our questions quickly. Great place to stay if you want to watch some preseason baseball. It is a short walk to Sloan Park.

Tempe has a lively atmosphere with Arizona State University students bustling around and outdoor activities by Tempe Town Lake. What I enjoy most about Tempe is its mix of urban culture and natural beauty, such as leisurely walks along the lake or exploring the shops and restaurants in the Mill Avenue District.
My favorite restaurants in Tempe are Social Hall, Zipps, Culinary Dropout, Snooze Eatery, and In N Out. My favorite activities in Tempe are the Zoo, Botanical Gardens, and Papago Park.

Scottsdale is known for its upscale amenities, luxurious resorts, and sophisticated ambiance. I appreciate its art and culture scene, from the galleries in Old Town Scottsdale to the Scottsdale Museum of Contemporary Art. My favorite restaurants in Scottsdale are EVO, Collin's Chophouse, Sugar Bowl, and Flower Child. My favorite activities in Scottsdale are bar hoping in Old Town, visiting Fashion Square Mall (including Wonderspaces Art Exhibit), and the many hiking opportunities.

Phoenix, as the capital city, boasts a vibrant urban scene against the backdrop of the Sonoran Desert. I particularly enjoy exploring its diverse culinary offerings and diverse neighborhoods, from downtown's historic charm to the trendy boutiques of Roosevelt Row. My favorite restaurants in Phoenix are The Arrogant Butcher, Pomo Pizzeria, Cornish Pasty, and The Churchill. My favorite activities are visiting the Phoenix Art Museum, The Japanese Friendship Garden, and The Science Center.

Overall, what I love about this area is the diverse range of experiences it offers, from outdoor adventures to cultural exploration and relaxation.
