Just a short walking distance or short drive to MTSU College Campus, you can easily & conveniently get to any and all events!

We want you to enjoy the uniqueness of this historic home with modern features! This historic home is split into any upstairs and downstairs apartment, and you will have full access to the upstairs apartment with your own private entrance. Choose us to be your hosts!
**There are full-time renters in the downstairs apartment. There will be enough parking for 3 vehicles, but if you have more than 3 vehicles, you will need to park on the side street or possibly at the church two doors down. The driveway has a 90-degree turn with a fence, so larger vehicles may have an issue making the turn. We are not responsible for vehicles parked elsewhere**

- Sip your morning coffee in the sunroom or by the large window in the dining room and watch the town activity.
- Read your favorite book or watch movies while curled up in the living room.
- The kitchen is fully stocked with all you need to cook a great meal and enjoy a casual or formal dining experience.
- Keurig coffee maker. Bring your favor flavors!
- Smart TVs in the living room, double Queen bedroom, and the sunroom.
- Board games and a table game (ping pong, pool) in the sunroom.
- Your upstairs apartment has its own entrance on the side of the house.
- Gas fireplace in the living room is not operational.
- There is an electric fireplace in the sunroom for added comfort.

STARTER SUPPLIES:
- An extra trash bag per trash can.
- 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
- 4 K-Cups
- 1 dishwasher pod (for checkout)
- 1 laundry pod
*Please bring additional supplies to fit your guest needs, amount of guests, and length of stay.

SLEEPING & BATH ARRANGMENTS:
- There is a primary suite with Queen bed and full bathroom.
- The hallway bathroom (full) can be used by additional guests.
- The second bedroom has 2 Queen beds and a Smart TV.
- The third bedroom is a passthrough room between the hall and sunroom, but there is also an entrance to the sunroom through the kitchen. This room has a twin trundle bed that can be pulled out.
- The sunroom has a twin trundle bed that can be pulled out, a Smart TV, and a game table.

Parking:
- You will park in the grass between the house and the bird house or pull all the way up the driveway to the sunroom.
- Guests will not park under the carport or back part of the driveway.
- You will have full access to the apartment upstairs.
- You will access the apartment by a private, side entrance.

- 2 minute drive or .7 miles to MTSU College Campus.
